Research On Renovation And Renewal Design Of Abandoned Traditional Residential Buildings In Northern Guangxi Area Of Guangxi

The disappearance of traditional houses is a common challenge facing the protection and development of traditional villages in China.Guangxi northern Guangxi is one of the key areas with serious problems.The waste of traditional houses has caused a lot of waste of land and resources.Therefore,in view of the existing characteristics of Northern Guangxi,it is particularly important to put forward the appropriate renewal and transformation strategy and design method for the present situation of the abandoned traditional residence.In this paper,the waste of traditional dwellings in the north of Guangxi is taken as the research object.Through the case study and analogy analysis,the strategies and methods of the regeneration and renovation of the waste traditional folk houses in China have been combed.In the end,the research on the reform and renewal of the traditional residences in the village of gate and other villages is studied,and the strategies and methods obtained before are verified.During the period,three innovative technical nodes were put forward: Hidden reinforcement,structural window frame and composite moistureproof ground.These technical nodes and other reform measures formed a set of strategies for the regeneration of waste traditional dwellings in the north of Guangxi,which has a very important guiding significance for the subsequent practice.In this paper,first of all,7 typical villages in northern Guangxi have been studied in detail,and 5 typical problems of waste traditional residence in the north of Guangxi are summarized.Based on these problems,we have selected the domestic excellent renewal and transformation cases,and summed up their design strategies and methods,and finally got a set of renewal and transformation strategy selection suitable for the waste traditional residence in the north of Guangxi.After that,the article returns to the renovation and renovation design of the traditional residences in the village of gate and other villages,and divides the waste into two kinds of traditional residence in the village: one is the change of the original function,and the "Lanjia old house" is typical;the other is based on the original function transformation class,and the "old house under the mountain" is typical.In this process,the team,through the analysis of traditional values and architectural quality assessment of traditional residential buildings,put forward the corresponding renovation strategies and design methods for the two typical abandoned traditional residential buildings,and completed the corresponding renovation and reconstruction based on this.Then,the team completed the corresponding building inspection based on the transformation results of two traditional houses.The result of the test is a verification of the previous strategy.This article is a new exploration of the protection and renewal of traditional dwellings,and provides a variety of new design thinking for the renovation work of the waste traditional folk houses in the north of Guangxi.At the same time,it is also a deep education for the villagers,and it has far-reaching significance for the establishment of cultural confidence from Jane’s self love.
