| With the proposal and promotion of the great strategy of "made in China 2025",the task of building "great craftsman" and training high-quality workers is imminent.The manufacturing specialty in secondary vocational schools is the strong backing for the full implementation of "made in China 2025",so the employability of manufacturing graduates in secondary vocational schools is also highly expected.On the other hand,although the employment rate of secondary vocational school graduates continues to be at a high level and is welcomed by enterprises,the employment quality is not as good as the employment rate,especially the employability can not fully meet the requirements of enterprises.Therefore,this article from the concept of employability,learn from the composition of the elements of employability at home and abroad,combined with the theory of multiple intelligences,competency model,through the questionnaire survey,interviews,three secondary vocational schools in Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province,manufacturing graduates’ employability status survey,find out the reasons for the school,students The government and enterprises put forward suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the employability of secondary vocational manufacturing graduates.This study found that there are the following problems in the employability of manufacturing graduates from three secondary vocational schools in Suzhou: the personality quality is more in line with the requirements,and there is still room for improvement in self-confidence;The ability of problem solving is weak and the team cooperation needs to be improved;It can adapt to the change of working environment,but its resistance to frustration and pressure is weak;Lack of interest in learning,professional skills performance is not outstanding;The graduates who have not won the skills competition are weak in each ability dimension;Graduates without career planning are weak in career adaptability and professional ability.Through the current situation,the author analyzes the causes of the formation.At the student level: secondary vocational students lack the awareness of enhancing employability;Psychological endurance is weak and psychological quality is unstable.School level: practical career planning and employment guidance is not enough;Teachers and teaching ability are insufficient,and the results of high-level skills competition are less.Enterprise level: the level of school enterprise cooperation is not high,and students become labor substitutes;In the practical training,the attention to students is not enough.Government level: the government’s policy on the introduction of enterprise professional teachers is not perfect.In view of the reason analysis,this study puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from four aspects of students,schools,government and enterprises.Student level: make full use of the surrounding resources,and actively cultivate their own employability;Learn how to relieve the pressure moderately and cultivate good psychological quality.At the school level: play the exemplary role of backbone teachers,enrich teaching methods and content;Mobilize resources into enterprises,strengthen experiential career planning and employment guidance.At the enterprise level,we should make a plan to improve the theory and practice,and improve the enthusiasm of school enterprise cooperation;We should pay more attention to students in practice.At the government level,we should give preferential policies to the recruitment of professional teachers,create more and better policy conditions,and promote the improvement of professional teachers’ skills. |
