With the development of social economy and the emergence of advanced science and technology,a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation with "intelligent manufacturing" has emerged globally scale.The emergence of new industries and production technologies has changed the demand of enterprises for skilled technical personnel.Secondary vocational schools,as the main exporter of skilled technical talents,must timely adjust the training objectives and programs of relevant professional talents to achieve a seamless connection with the needs of enterprises.This project investigates the demand of the intelligent manufacturing industry and the teaching status of the basic courses of processing and manufacturing major in secondary vocational schools.In order to cultivate the talents needed for the manufacturing industry in the context of intelligent manufacturing,the basic curriculum group platform for processing and manufacturing major in secondary vocational schools is constructed,which provides an effective attempt for the reform of training mode of processing and manufacturing major in secondary vocational schools in the new era.The main contents include:(1)The enterprises in the background of intelligent manufacturing are investigated from the two aspects of job requirement and professional ability to obtain the talent position and ability demand of intelligent manufacturing enterprise.(2)Combining the new requirements of intelligent manufacturing enterprises for skilled technical talents,the teaching status of the basic courses of processing and manufacturing major in secondary vocational schools is investigated.In order to provide a basis for the teaching reform of processing and manufacturing majors in secondary vocational schools,the incompatibility between the current training objectives and training methods of processing and manufacturing majors in secondary vocational schools and the needs of intelligent manufacturing enterprises is studied.(3)The basic course group platform of processing and manufacturing major in secondary vocational schools is constructed by using Authorware software.According to different levels,platform-related courses are divided into introductory courses: "Mechanical Principles",advanced courses: "Mechanical Drawing","CAD/CAM Software Application" and comprehensive project course: "Parts Mapping".Moreover,in order to facilitate the flexible use of different majors and expand the application of the platform,the knowledge of each course is set up by modularization.
