Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,as a new management mode in the field of engineering construction and has a far-reaching impact on the construction industry,prefabricated building is a revolutionary construction management mode developed on the basis of theoretical research and engineering practice in order to improve the production efficiency of the construction industry.However,the development of prefabricated buildings in China is still faced with many risks.The problems of imperfect policies and regulations,immature market cultivation,imperfect industrial chain and difficult construction technology restrict the development of prefabricated buildings.Therefore,it is significant to identify and control the risk of the whole life cycle of the equipped building,which can promote the rapid development of the equipped building,save energy and reduce the cost.In this paper,from the perspective of the whole life cycle of prefabricated construction engineering,through the use of risk management,construction project management and other related theories,the relevant literature,data and cases are analyzed,and the risk factors in each stage of the whole life cycle of construction projects are preliminarily sorted out,and the risk elements in each stage are analyzed by exploratory factor analysis.On this basis,by collecting data through questionnaire and using structural equation model,it is concluded that engineering risk and technical risk are the direct factors leading to the construction risk of prefabricated construction projects,policy risk and market risk are the fundamental factors,management risk and engineering risk are potential factors;the influence degree of each factor on risk varies with the evolution of life cycle,and the emphasis of risk management is on risk management Points should keep pace with the times.According to the influence factors of policy,technology,management,stroke,economy and market risk on the construction project,the risk assessment of Beijing turnover housing project is carried out.The results show that the evaluation result is close to the actual effect,indicating the effectiveness and rationality of the model.
