| At present,China vigorously encourages and supports the combination of assembly housing project and EPC project general contracting mode.By adopting EPC mode,it can promote the highly organized assembly housing project,eliminate the incremental construction cost of assembly building,and realize the optimization of resources and maximization of overall benefit.The EPC project general contracting mode and assembly building can solve the problem of the separation of the design,production,transportation and assembly construction of PC components in the assembly housing project,so that the assembly housing project can maximize the advantages of schedule control under the condition of ensuring the quality,and further promote the healthy and sustainable development of the assembly building industry.The related construction technology of domestic prefabricated housing is not mature.The relevant policies and specifications are not complete.The enthusiasm of enterprises is not high,and the schedule risk factors of prefabricated housing project under EPC mode are more complex and changeable,which will bring more risks and challenges to the schedule control of prefabricated housing project under EPC mode.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct in-depth research and analysis on schedule risk management of prefabricated residential projects based on EPC mode.In this paper,combined with the progress risk research results of domestic and foreign prefabricated housing and EPC general contracting projects,according to the characteristics of prefabricated housing project progress risk and risk management theory,using the method of literature analysis and expert interview,32 risk factors of prefabricated housing project progress based on EPC mode are selected and finally determined.Based on the data collected from the questionnaire,using spss26.0 and amos24.0 statistical software,and using structural equation model(SEM),this paper obtains the mutual influence relationship between the schedule risk factors and the influence path coefficient of the risk loss of the prefabricated residential project based on EPC mode.According to the relevant theory of risk mechanism,this paper preliminarily constructs the schedule risk model,completes the construction of the structural equation model of the schedule risk of the prefabricated residential project based on the EPC mode,and then analyzes the adaptability of the structural equation model,fits and modifies the model,and obtains the relatively sensitive key schedule risk factors.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding risk management measures and suggestions from four aspects of risk management,so as to improve the schedule management level of prefabricated residential project under EPC mode.Through a large number of data analysis and research,this paper further improves the research system of schedule risk management of assembly type residential project based on EPC mode.The structural equation model of schedule risk management of assembly type residential project based on EPC mode constructed in this paper can not only know the influence degree of each risk factor on risk loss,but also reveal the internal influence of each risk factor response relationship,effectively improving the level of risk management and broadening the thinking of quantitative analysis. |
