Under the background of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,both policy orientation and market demand have vigorously promoted the integration and development of the fabricated buildings and BIM technology.In the application process of BIM technology,it is inevitable that some risks will be caused to the prefabricated construction projects,which will cause a series of problems such as low production efficiency and cost loss of the prefabricated construction projects.For BIM technology application risks researchs,foreign researchs were extensive and relatively mature,while domestic researchs were lacking,and it is even rarer in projects of BIM application risks for the prefabricated building.Therefore,by applying project risk management theory and method technology,this paper identifies the risk factors that affect the application of BIM technology in the prefabricated construction project,analyzes the relationship between major risk factors and their hierarchical structure,and proposes corresponding risk management measures based on the principle of controlling at the source and targeted It provides a certain theoretical and practical basis for early warning prevention and control of BIM technology application risk in prefabricated construction enterprises.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:By sorting out the practical problems generated by the application of BIM technology in the application of the prefabricated construction project,based on the literature analysis methods and expert interview methods,the risk factors that may occur in the application process are summarized and sorted out.Using the hierarchical holographic model(HHM)to comprehensively identify risk factors.Then scenario identification,scenario screening,and dual matrix filtering were adopted to obtain 6 risk categories and 21 main sub-risk factors;Creating issue questionnaires based on the determined risk factors and using structural equation model(SEM)for risk analysis of the relationship between factors,through the model inspection and correction to obtain a road map of the relationship between risk factors,based on this,puting forward proposed measures for the application of prefabricated construction project BIM technology from the six dimensions of environment,law,management,technology,economics and personnel,for further enriching the theoretical management system of BIM technology application risk in China’s engineering projects,and improving the risk management and control level of the prefabricated construction project.
