The acceleration of my country’s urbanization process and the accelerated aging of the labor force have prompted the construction industry to gradually transform into industrialization.Under the encouragement of relevant policies of construction industrialization,some prefabricated component factories have blindly invested in construction,and even caused partial supply to exceed demand.The reason is that a reasonable investment risk assessment was not carried out before the project construction.In order to avoid blindly building prefabricated component factories and reasonably control enterprise risks,it is imperative to scientifically evaluate the investment risks of prefabricated component factories.This paper mainly studies the index system and evaluation model of investment risk assessment of prefabricated component factories.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,the investment risk index of the prefabricated component factory is sorted out by the method of literature research,and the prefabrication based on the whole life cycle perspective is determined from six aspects: the investment decisionmaking stage,the preliminary preparation stage,the planning and design stage,the construction stage,the operation stage and the scrapping stage.The initial index system of component factory investment risk evaluation is applied,and the grey correlation degree is used to screen to determine the final index system;secondly,the correlation analysis of each evaluation index is realized by using structural equation model,and the investment risk of each evaluation index to the prefabricated component factory is confirmed.Then,the structural equation model-multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(SEM-MFCE)model was established;finally,a prefabricated component factory project in Gansu Province was used as an example to verify the validity and scientificity of the model by applying the SEM-MFCE model.analyzed the evaluation results and gave corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
