| With the continual rise of China’s urbanization rate and the continual adjustment of the construction industrial structure,the building industry is transforming and developing from traditional construction mode to modern construction mode.The fabricated building mode is one of the trends of the transition and upgrading of China’s building industry.Compared with the traditional cast-in-situ architectural patterns,the fabricated construction method has apparent advantages,such as high production efficiency,low power consumption,short project cycle and so on.However,with the continual spread and application of fabricated buildings,their construction accidents are becoming more and more frequent.As China’s prefabricated architecture are still in the initial development,During the actual construction process,the problems such as various cross operations,immature construction technology and chaotic operation environment are more prominent,and there are many potential risks,which hinders the industrialization process of China’s construction industry.Therefore,scientific and effective evaluation of the construction risk of fabricated architecture is of important significance to the stable development of prefabricated architecture in China.This thesis takes the fabricated architecture as the research object.Firstly,establish the risk assessment index system of fabricated building construction,based on the conceptual analysis and related literature research of the fabricated architecture,the risk elements of the fabricated building construction are initially identified,and the risk elements are concluded into six aspects: human risk elements,environmental risk elements,technical risk elements,material and equipment risk elements,management risk elements and policy risk elements.The grey correlation analysis method is used to filtrate the risk elements,and ultimately determine the risk assessment index system of fabricated building construction.Secondly,build risk assessment modelaccording to the theory of structural equation model,combined with related practice and theory,the relationship between six risk elements and the risk of fabricated building construction is assumed,and the initial structural equation model is build up.The data were collected by questionnaire and spss22.0 software tests the validity and reliability of the questionnaire data to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the datas.By matching and estimating the initial model,the ultimate structure equation model is build up,and the path coefficient in the model is used to confirm the weight of each risk assessment indicator.On this basis,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is build up.Finally,taking the fabricated building project in Changyang Town of Beijing as an example,this article uses the assessment model to evaluate the construction risk of the project,proposed the homologous risk prevention measures according to the estimated results,and verify the viability and rationality of the model,which provides a reference for the research of fabricated building construction risk estimate in the future.Figure [5] table [22] reference [50]... |
