With the steady development of economy and society,industrialized green housing has become an inevitable trend in the construction industry.my country's prefabricated houses are currently in the initial stage of development.The relevant policy documents and technical methods are not uniform,the standard specifications are not perfect,and the personnel training and quality acceptance standards are not comprehensive.These will cause a lot of prefabricated house quality problems.Therefore,the research on the quality management of prefabricated concrete houses is of great significance to reduce the quality problems in the construction process of residential projects.(1)Established a list of quality impact indicators for prefabricated concrete residences throughout their lifetime.From the perspective of prefabricated components,this article divides the whole life of prefabricated houses into five stages,namely:design stage,production stage,transportation stage,construction stage,operation and maintenance stage.Combined with the causes of quality problems,a full-life quality management framework for prefabricated houses was established.On this basis,through literature research and analysis of standard specifications and procedures,41 quality impact indicators were identified,and then the full-life quality impact of prefabricated concrete houses was established.Indicator list.(2)Constructed a single index measurement model and a full-life first-and second-order CFA quality structure model.Based on the life-cycle quality impact indicator list,this paper designs and assembles residential life-cycle quality questionnaires to issue surveys and collect sample data,and then builds a single-indexmeasurement model for each stage of the life-cycle and a first-and second-order CFA quality impact indicator structure model.The key quality impact indicators of 21 prefabricated houses are listed,the relevance of each stage in the whole life cycle,the weight of the key impact indicators of each stage is graded,and finally analyzed with specific cases.(3)Combining specific cases,this article puts forward quality management measures for the whole life of prefabricated houses.Based on the key quality impact indicators of prefabricated residences during the entire life cycle,this article builds guidelines for the control of quality measures of indicators,and builds a key quality database of prefabricated residences throughout the life cycle in conjunction with ACCESS to implement one-click query on quality-related information.Utilize the BIM secondary development modular technology to develop the quality toolbox,connect the quality database data,and realize the life-cycle monitoring of the quality impact indicators,and then manage the life-cycle quality of the prefabricated houses.In summary,this paper aims to reduce the quality problems of the whole life cycle through the study of the quality management of the whole life cycle of the prefabricated concrete residence,and build a full life cycle assembly quality management list for the government,design institutes,component production units and construction Units provide theoretical support,improve the quality management level of each unit,and promote the rapid development of prefabricated housing in China.
