| In the past ten years,China’s automobile industry has grown rapidly,from single manufacturing and copying drawings to finish a series of development activities independently such as development and design,which has greatly met the growing traffic demand of China’s local customers.With the enhancement of design ability,Chinese automobile enterprises are constantly trying to go abroad and participate in international market competition.But it is undeniable that there is still a big gap between the China’s automobile products and that of Germany,Japan and other automobile powers.If we can learn from its advanced development experience,choose the best way according to each situation,and apply it to local enterprises,we believe that it can help local enterprises to accelerate their growth.As an important part of vehicle development,auto parts greatly restricts the level of vehicle development;In the past cases and experience,the failure of vehicle project development due to the failure of individual parts often occurs;The development risks and quality problems faced by the parts will be transmitted to the vehicle products,and eventually be sent into market and be transmitted to consumers,causing complaints;The delayed cycle and cost waste of parts development will also restrict the development time and cost of vehicle enterprises,slow down the speed of new models going into market,reduce vehicle profits and the market competitiveness;If we can not improve the development level of automobile parts,it will become a short coming in the process of vehicle development,limiting the level of vehicle development.This paper selects the problems of domestic leader YF company in the process of parts development as the research object,and finds that there are some problems in its work process,such as lack of selecting project process,unreasonable risk control process,too long process,lack of corresponding quality control,and some necessary experience transfer and change process;It greatly limits the development of the company’s profitability,risk control,product development flexibility,quality control and experience inheritance.In view of these problems,we analyze the causes and find the right remedy.In each stage of the product development process,such as concept input stage,project planning stage,part design stage,sub part purchase stage and verification stage,we adopt the supplementary process,process refinement,process sequence adjustment,process splitting,milestone node adjustment,process optimization,even the establishment new processes to optimize measures and solutions.The optimatized process complements the company’s process weakness,shortens the development process and cycle,reduces the risk of new product development projects,improves the quality of project development,solves the problem of experience loss,ensures experience inheritance and technology precipitation,improves the company’s profitability,improves its new product development ability and project success on the whole,So as to enhance the market competitiveness and help it win the international market as soon as possible. |
