| Over the past four years,China’s automobile production and sales have always ranked first in the world.Product innovation,technology optimization,process improvement and cost reduction have become the areas that automobile manufacturing companies attach great importance to.Lean thinking,as a management mode of improving work efficiency and optimizing product and service quality,has been used in automobile and other production fields in recent years.In the product R&D stage,the most critical thing is to carry out lean development.Lean development is the advance team for the company to implement lean,which is directly related to the long-term development of the company.The first step for a lean company to realize "lean production" should start with lean development.Taking B automobile group as the research object,based on Synchronous Engineering Theory and lean R&D theory,this paper first introduces the history of the enterprise and the development history of product R&D,combined with the general situation of the group and the industry,and summarizes the main problems existing in the core process of product R&D of the enterprise through the introduction of the current product development process.Then it analyzes the problems existing in the product development process of B automobile group.From the perspective of product and company,conduct in-depth analysis respectively,and find the reasons for the problems affecting the product development process of B automobile group by means of data analysis and fact analysis.Finally,the benchmarking analysis is carried out first,and then the optimization solution is put forward.Explore the reengineering process of product development link,the establishment of relevant organization departments suitable for the new process and the product development information management platform suitable for the new process,explore the main principles and objectives,and formulate a more comprehensive product lean development process improvement scheme.Explain the implementation objectives and schedule of the scheme,and predict the implementation effect.Finally,combined with the principles of lean product development system of Toyota group,carry out benchmarking analysis and reference.The introduction of lean development can significantly improve the success rate,shorten the product development time,reduce the product development cost,optimize the quality and improve the reliability of products.The author hopes that this study can give some reference to China’s peer companies. |
