The Design And Implementation Of The Data Acquisition And Storage System

Data collection and storage play an important role in space flight test.This paper develops a multi-channel data recording device,based on a telemetry data recording device and a test requirement.It can be used to collect simultaneous coded multiple analog data and two PCM data in the telemetry test.Under the ground equipment control,the data recording device will be in the corresponding operating state,and monitor and judge the relevant parameters to ensure the stability of the aircraft’s state before flight.In addition,the stored data read by the data recording device can be used to judge whether the operating condition of the aircraft is normal during the flight test,which is crucial for improving and development of new aircraft.This paper introduces the system composition and main functions of the data recording device,and introduces the hardware composition,working principle,logic design and reliability test according to the task requirements and technical indicators.The FPGA is the main controller to complete the acquisition of multiple analog data.It is realized by designing signal conditioning circuit,analog switch and AD converter and its drive circuit;the stored data is transmitted through LVDS interface,sending and instruction and state information and reception of two PCM data through RS422 interface.We introduce how to solve the problem of multiple channels and large different sampling rate,and logically optimize the available establishment time of the analog link signal.Then,the adaptive equalizer and the serial digital cable drive are added in the LVDS data transmission terminal to improve the effective data transmission distance,while increasing the retransmission feedback error correction and CRC correction inspection to improve the accuracy and reliability of the data transmission.Finally,a test platform is built to test the function and performance of the data recording device.The test results show that the device can effectively complete various tasks and the functional indicators meet the expectations and the work is stable.
