The Collection and Coding and Storing is mainly used for collecting and storing various types of analog signals and digital signals of the aircraft,and recovering readings after the event to obtain flight data.In this paper,a multi-channel acquisition and editing memory is designed for a certain test requirement.It can simultaneously collect multiple types of sensor signals and two PCM stream signals,and cooperate with the corresponding ground test equipment to complete the monitoring and interpretation of relevant parameters to ensure the aircraft take off.The pre-work status is correct.In addition,after the recovery memory is recovered,the stored data can be read to determine whether the flight process is normal.The main research object of this paper is the editing and editing memory.Combined with the task requirements,it details the working principle and hardware composition,software design,reliability design and so on.The device adopts FPGA as the main controller,controls the analog switch and A/D converter to complete sampling and coding of multi-channel analog signals;completes the reception of PCM stream signals and control commands and the transmission of status information through the RS422 interface;the stored data is completed through the LVDS interface.High-speed downlink of data.The research focuses on analog signal acquisition and LVDS data transmission.In the aspect of analog signal acquisition,two AD solutions are designed for the problem of high total sampling rate and large difference in sampling rate.The circuit is optimized from the perspective of improving acquisition accuracy and stability,and the simulation chain is applied.The road signal setup time is analyzed and estimated,and the delay coding method is used to maximize the available setup time of the signal.In terms of LVDS data transmission,the effective transmission distance of data is extended by the transmitter driver and the receiver equalizer,and the CRC check code and the retransmission feedback mechanism are used for error detection and error correction to improve the reliability of data transmission.Finally,the test platform is built to test the function and performance of the device.The test results show that the functions and technical indicators of the device meet the expectations,and the equipment works stably and meets the task requirements.
