In this paper,the data collection and recording device is designed,and its key technologies are studied.The device mainly completes the real-time collection,compilation,caching and storage of two LVDS image data,PCM data and multi-channel analogue data.During the recovery phase after the flight test,the reliability of the device can be recovered by real-time communication of its own coordinate position with Beidou message,and the data read-back channel can analyze the stored data.Combining with the different performance indicators and function implementation,the design uses the modular design idea,which is composed of analog acquisition module,serial data communication module,LVDS data transmission module,data storage module and positioning communication module.With the core logic controller,the device controls analog switches and analog-to-digital converters to sample multi-channel analog data,receives instructions,returns status and receives PCM data using RS-422 interface,receives two channels of image data and downloads data at high speed using LVDS interface,where the storage data readback can increase data by configuring relevant equalizers.Effective transmission distance.This paper focuses on the research and discussion of data collection and fusion framing technology,Beidou positioning and recovery technology.In data acquisition and fusion framing technology,sampling logic is designed according to the different characteristics of analog and digital quantities.In storage data readback,effective and invalid numbers are combined to improve the reliability of long-distance transmission link.In case of mismatch between various types of data transmission speed and processing rate,real-time framing and slow multi-data based on FIFO are proposed.The storage scheme simplifies the control logic and analyses its reliability.In the recovery technology of the device,the reliable transmission of the position information of the device is achieved by using GPS/BD2 dual-mode positioning mode and Beidou messagecommunication function,and combining with the reliability design of related control logic,using dual SIM card switching mode.The positioning accuracy is less than 2.5 meters.Through building a complete software and hardware test platform,the function implementation and performance indicators of the device are thoroughly tested.A large number of test results show that the data acquisition and recording device meets the functional requirements,ensures its reliability design,and has a very high practical application value.
