| Train operation monitoring and recording device plays an important role in ensuring train safety.The main control board unit is the operation core of the whole device.Its main function is to collect,process and transfer the data of monitoring equipment and various sensors to the train control man-machine interface.With the increase of train running mileage and the ascent of train running speed,gradually increase in to ensure the safety of train running monitoring device and sensor devices,adumbrative traditional monitoring recording device has been unable to meet the new requirements,so we need to develop a new generation of high extensibility and redundant transmission ability of master plate unit.Based on the study of existing master board unit function structure on the basis of the analysis of the main data exchange structure and interconnection technology,reasoning,determine the applicable communication technology and redundancy architecture,on the basis of achieved high interface scalability and the communication of data redundancy main control board,its core based on FPGA based data acquisition and exchange system.The main work of this thesis has four aspects:first,adopts the double-2-vote-2 redundancy structure,designs the dual-channel MCU and FPGA as the processing core hardware board;Secondly,LVDS link which can be applied to multi-chip FPGA interconnection communication is designed,including data verification protocol to ensure link stability and communication protocol to ensure reliable data transmission.Thirdly,the data transceiver port is nodal,the incomplete switching structure of 3x3x3 is proposed,and the polling algorithm is implemented for multiple cache queues.This thesis carries on the comprehensive function test to the acquisition and switching system designed and implemented,completes the key Ethernet transmission module and the data switching module functional simulation verification,and tests the system network data communication ability.After testing,the designed acquisition and exchange system can well meet the expectations. |
