In the test of the aircraft,in order to obtain the complete flight environment parameters and flight status data during the test of the aircraft,the data acquisition recorder is often selected as the device for the collection and storage of key flight parameters of the aircraft,so as to facilitate the analysis of the required test parameters after the test.And summary.According to the requirements of a certain task,the design of the data acquisition and recording device is launched.This article mainly designs and researches the acquisition part of the data acquisition and recording device.The whole device uses FPGA as the logic control core to complete the collection and reliable transmission of visible light image data,LVDS image data,PCM data and instruction data.This article first introduces the research significance and background of image data acquisition devices and the current research status at home and abroad.According to the required functions and technical indicators,the overall scheme is designed,and then the corresponding functional module scheme design is completed according to the different functions.Secondly,design hardware circuits for different communication interfaces and modules to realize multi-channel data collection: use Ethernet interface to realize visible light image data reception;use digital-to-analog converter and peripheral circuits to complete voltage data collection;use RS422 interface to realize PCM data reception,command reception and status information reception;use the LVDS interface to realize the video echo data reception and high-speed download to the storage unit.Then the logic design part introduces the voltage signal acquisition logic design,the digital transceiver logic design,the Ethernet data transceiver logic design and the mixed framing design of a variety of data,and the use of Hamming code encoding mechanism to achieve forward error correction coding based on 6B/10 B To improve the reliability of data transmission design.Finally,through the establishment of a test platform,this article completes the unit test of the image data acquisition device,comprehensively tests the functions and performance indicators of the device,and conducts a large number of reliability tests to verify the reliability and feasibility of the device.
