| With the rapid development of China’s economy, the market competition in the construction industry is becoming more and more fierce, the construction cost is continuously increasing, and the profit margin is greatly reduced. At present, the material capital consumed by construction projects accounts for more than 60%of the total project cost. The traditional material Purchasing model can no longer meet the requirements of construction enterprises to reduce the total project cost. The tense and even hostile relationship between Purchasing and China also urges the construction industry to seek changes. The effective application of supply chain management in manufacturing industry has guided the improvement direction of Purchasing management mode of construction industry. If the supply and demand sides determine a stable strategic cooperation relationship and maintain a timely and effective communication environment,it will be conducive to reducing purchases cost and improving the overall competitiveness of both supply and demand sides. As the key of supply chain management, supplier selection evaluation is the basis of supply chain Purchasing management.Choosing the right strategic suppliers is also an effective way for construction enterprises to control costs. This is not only helpful for construction enterprises to enhance market competitiveness, but also helps enterprises to improve economic benefits. The main body of this study is the "chain" between construction enterprises and cable material suppliers, which is taken from the supply chain of engineering construction projects. The purpose of the study is to strengthen the operation efficiency of the "chain"and reduce the operation cost. The content of the study is to select the "gear" that is more suitable. As a part of engineering construction projects, electrical engineering has different scales and almost runs through the whole construction project. As one of the main building materials for electrical installation projects, cable industry,as one of the largest supporting industries in China, accounts for 20%-30%of the total cost of electrical installation projects contracted BY Company on average. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to take cables as an example to study the reasonable selection of building materials suppliers, and it is also of great guiding significance to other building materials.Taking BY Company as the research carrier, the paper analyzes the problems and characteristics existing in cable Purchasing.Combined with the requirements of cable construction,AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process)is used to summarize the supplier performance evaluation index and the supplier strength evaluation index in two stages to form a comprehensive supplier evaluation model.Using the 1-9 judgment matrix method, experts are invited to compare all indexes in pairs with the objective of selecting strategic suppliers of cable Purchasing, and the comprehensive weight of all indexes is obtained. The eight dimensions of price level, supply response Period, supply qualification rate, delivery prepayment capability, registered capital, brand value, market risk resistance capability and delivery accuracy are determined as the constituent indexes in the cable Purchasing strategic suppliers selection evaluation index system, and the cable Purchasing strategic suppliers evaluation model is constructed. As for the selection of evaluation methods, because the traditional TOPSIS method is difficult to solve in actual evaluation and its efficiency is difficult to improve, this paper improves TOPSIS method and introduces the revised relative weight to judge the importance of each index. The improved AHP-TOPSIS method is applied to the optimization of construction cable suppliers in BY Company. The optimization evaluation model is established on the basis of comprehensive consideration of supplier performance and supplier strength. The actual bidding results verify the effectiveness and practicability of this method in the optimization of cable strategic suppliers, which also has certain reference and reference significance for the selection and evaluation of other construction material suppliers. |
