Evaluation And Selection Of Building Material Suppliers Based On TOPSIS

At present,with the constant change of the market situation,the supply chain network structure is also constantly improved,the competition of all walks of life becomes more and more fierce,has risen from the simple enterprise competition to the competition of the whole supply chain.In the construction industry,the structure of the construction supply chain is more complex and diverse,and it is more necessary to choose high-quality suppliers for sincere cooperation.This requires construction enterprises to establish a complete set of supply chain management system,choose high-quality suppliers to achieve win-win cooperation and improve their competitive strength.Therefore,construction enterprises need tocomprehensively consider all aspects of factors,according to their own demand for materials,build a reasonable and feasible evaluation index system,use appropriate evaluation methods,select the material suppliers with specific advantages,so as to ensure the smooth operation of the whole construction supply chain of the project.This paper takes the selection of building material suppliers as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the research background and significance of the topic selection,combs the research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the research content,research methods and technical route.Then introduces the characteristics of construction supply chain,supplier selection process,principles and evaluation methods,through comparative analysis to determine the use of TOPSIS method to choose building material suppliers.Then the influence factors of supplier selection are analyzed,and six factors,including product quality,product price,delivery capacity,service level,enterprise capability and enterprise performance,are obtained.Starting from these six aspects,the initial evaluation index system was established,the indexes were screened through questionnaire survey,and the internal consistency reliability test was carried out.The results showed that the selected indexes were reasonable and reliable.Finally,the evaluation index system of supplier selection was established,including 20 second-level evaluation indexes such as product performance,product durability,product transaction price,on-time delivery rate,flexible supply capacity,financial status,after-sales service and contract performance rate.Finally,the basic principles and ideas of TOPSIS method are studied,and the deficiencies of the entropy weight-TOPSIS evaluation model are analyzed,and it is improved.Through the case study,it is proved that the research method is reasonable and feasible,and has certain reference significance.
