Research On Supplier Selection Optimization Of Company A Based On TOPSIS Method

With the rapid development of new technology and the upgrading of the automobile industry,automobile intelligent equipment manufacturing enterprises have new development opportunities,at the same time,they are facing more severe challenges.As the source of supply chain,supplier’s management level is directly related to the long-term development of enterprises.Supplier selection is the focus of automobile intelligent equipment manufacturing enterprises.This paper aims to put forward the corresponding optimization plans for the problems existing in the current supplier selection process of A automobile intelligent equipment manufacturing company,to help A company select the right supplier and enhance the core competitiveness of the company.This research starting from the actual situation of A company,combining with the characteristic of auto intelligent equipment manufacturing industry to complement the existing supplier evaluation index,and then through the questionnaire survey to collect the relevant data of the importance of supplier evaluation index,using the factor analysis method established the supplier evaluation index system compsed of 6 first-level indexes and 25 second-level indicators.Compare with the original evaluation index system,a number of indicators,such as R&D and design capability,supply flexibility and service response,are added to make up for the problems of comprehensive content and rationality of index level of A company.In order to further improve the scientific reliability of supplier selection,this paper first improve the supplier selection process.Based on the method of TOPSIS,this paper combines the weight of index obtained by factor analysis and the weight of entropy weight method,and calculates the distance and closeness of each alternative supplier to the positive and negative ideal solution by constructing the weighted decision matrix,so as to rank and select the suppliers.The rationality of the model is verified by the comparison and analysis of the results before and after the supplier selection optimization with the application of example.This paper conducts in-depth analysis and research on the existing problems in the process of supplier selection for A company and establish the management strategy for supplier selection optimization for the automotive intelligent manufacturing equipment industry.The supplier evaluation index system and supplier selection method proposed in this paper extend the research topic of supplier selection evaluation,and also provide practical reference for peer enterprises.
