With economic development and technological advancement,people’s living standards are getting higher and higher.In contrast,the environment in which people live depends on problems that cannot be ignored.Resources are wasted and environmental degradation has become a problem that people need to face.It is imperative to alleviate environmental degradation,reduce waste of resources,and increase recycling.Under this circumstance,the government has introduced various policies to increase environmental protection,and people’s awareness of environmental protection has gradually increased.This makes enterprises not only face the fierce competition in the industry,but also face enormous environmental pressures.In this context,in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and ensure that enterprises are not eliminated by the times,enterprises must pay attention to environmental protection issues,integrate environmental protection into business operations,and enable enterprises to balance environmental and economic benefits and seek balance point.The traditional supply chain obviously cannot meet the needs of modern enterprises,and it is imperative for enterprises to join the green supply chain.The key to implementing a green supply chain is to choose a green supplier for the company.This paper first describes the relevant theories of green supply chain,green procurement and green supplier selection,and based on this theory,puts forward the question of how to choose green suppliers in the green supply chain.Then,the company’s background,organizational structure,procurement process and the supplier selection indicator system that is currently used are briefly introduced,and the problems existing in the selection of suppliers by Company B are analyzed.Seven articles are proposed through reading the literature and conducting actual investigations on the company.The first-level indicator and32 second-level indicators select the green supplier of Company B.In the construction of the green supplier selection index system,not only the traditional quality,cost and other indicators affecting economic efficiency are considered,but also the green indicator of environmental benefits such as supplier resource utilization rate and carbon emission reduction cost are added to the indicator system.Finally,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various methods,this paper uses AHP and entropy weight method to determine the index weights,divides the indicators into qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators,and quantifies the cost-based and benefit-oriented indicators in quantitative indicators.Processing,and due to the uncertainty in the scoring of qualitative indicators,the interval intuitionistic fuzzy set is used to score the indicators of the standby supplier,and finally the TOPSIS method is adopted,according to the relative distance between the supplier and the positive and negative ideal suppliers.Compare and select the best green supplier.Taking Company B as an example,the feasibility of this method is verified,which provides a reference for other companies to evaluate and select green suppliers.
