Guizhou Province is a major province of vocational education.Because Guizhou’s education development is relatively backward,it is also a key province for poverty alleviation.Vocational education and poverty alleviation is one of the important means to realize the comprehensive development of Guizhou Province.The phenomenon that the professional curriculum level of secondary vocational schools is inconsistent with the demand of enterprise talents is serious,which leads to the problem that students have low satisfaction with the curriculum and low satisfaction of enterprises with students.It is of great significance to explore the coupling and development of the professional curriculum of secondary vocational schools and the needs of enterprise talents,which is to improve the level of secondary vocational schools and enhance the applicability of students..In this paper,based on the promotion of employment,the two schools M School and N School,which are representative of Guiyang City,are selected as the research scope,and the curriculum of the engineering cost specialty is taken as the research object.The main study methods such as literature research method,investigation research method and mathematical statistics analysis method are used to study the curriculum setting of professional engineering cost and the talent demand of enterprises.Firstly,from the theoretical basis,the paper analyzes the coupling mechanism of the professional curriculum design of the secondary vocational engineering cost and the talent demand of the enterprise.The two promote each other,coordinate and coordinate.Secondly,through the literature research and expert interviews,combined with the actual situation of M school and N school,the coupling coordination degree index system is constructed.Thirdly,the calculation and analysisof M and N schools’ 2008-2018 project cost development evaluation index,enterprise talent demand development evaluation index and comprehensive evaluation index show that the coupling and coordinated development of the two schools is in a low coordination stage.Finally,through the coupling characteristics of the professional curriculum design of different stages of secondary vocational engineering,find out the development measures of the curriculum at different stages,put forward suggestions for the development of the curriculum design of engineering cost to promote the quality coordination stage.
