For an organization,the hallmark of its long-term development could be summarized as leadership.With the strengthening of leadership,it could play an extremely important role in organizational development.By analyzing the actual situation of the current international competitive market,we can find that the development of the international competitive market is very high,and the pressure of market competition is gradually increasing.This made it necessary for organizations to improve their leadership,especially middle-level,The importance of managerial leadership.This article took Shandong Hengtai Engineering Company as the research object,and conducted an in-depth study of the company’s existing middle-level managerial leadership,in order to understand the specific situation of the middle-level managerial leadership,and explore the improvement strategies that can be designed Based on the actual situation of the company,an optimization plan for the leadership of middle managers has been formulated,which was conducive to improving the management level of the middle leaders of the company and increasing the company’s efficiency.The article first introduced the relevant theoretical knowledge of leadership and the relevant situation of the company.Then the Delphi method was used to obtain the company’s targeted leadership impact evaluation factors.The model was used to evaluate the leadership of the company’s middle managers by using a questionnaire and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Through model evaluation,it was found that middle-level managers in the enterprise needed to improve in management and quality.The countermeasures are proposed from three levels of design.The evaluation after half a year showed that the scores corresponding to the 7 main factors have increased accordingly,especially in the two aspects of cultural management and focus on the development of subordinates.The research on the leadership of the middle managers of Shandong Hengtai Engineering Company showed that the evaluation system established here can find the problems of the leadership of the middle managers,propose targeted improvement measures,and have application value for similar enterprises.
