In order to improve the leadership of middle-level managers,Guangzhou Z Company has established a leadership quality model and based on this model,further established an evaluation system,optimized the process and mechanism of promotion,selection,training and promotion system of middle-level managers,and found out the personal advantages and disadvantages of middle-level managers in Z Company.Learn from the experience of investigating the management of excellent benchmarking enterprise cadres,and learn from the practices of excellent shipbuilding peers,using behavioral event interviews,questionnaire surveys,group discussion method,etc.To analyze the company’s background and the status of leadership of middle managers,and explore the middle problems in the selection and appointment of managers.Then,starting from the principles,objectives,and processes of the leadership model construction,as well as the design principles,evaluation procedures,evaluation methods,and evaluation criteria of the evaluation system,the company’s leadership model and evaluation system are initially established.In the process of constructing the leadership model and evaluation system,it puts forward suggestions on "selecting,using,educating,and retaining" middle-level managers personnel,guides the follow-up managers of the model and system,and gradually improves the performance of middle-level managers personnel,helping the company to develop with high quality.
