In the last 40 years of reform and opening-up,our country’s civil aviation has gone from zero to zero,and it has been growing,and it’s now the second largest aviation transportation system in the world.However,as the globalization of the economy,the further progress of competition liberalization and the continuous opening of the Chinese civil aviation market,the problem of slower growth,fierce market competition and relatively complicated development of the environment has become a severe challenge to many airport enterprises.Market so that enterprises still have to go on.Development requires performance.More and more enterprises begin to realize that reasonable and effective performance management is the key to sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.As a strategic measure to cultivate competitive advantage and enhance core competitiveness,performance management has been increasingly recognized by airport enterprisesWith great attention,all kinds of attempts have been made to build and perfect the performance management system and improve the performance management level of enterprises.Performance appraisal is the core link and key means of the whole process of performance management,and has become the top priority in the attempt of optimization and improvement.Especially for middle-level managers who are the backbone of the enterprise,they are the core strength of the enterprise to improve its competitive advantage and play an important role in the enterprise.They are not only the main creators of enterprise benefits.but also the organizers of grassroots work.The quality of their work results and performance level almost determine the degree of realization of enterprise strategic goals.Therefore,it is of vital importance to establish a performance assessment system for middle managers that is in line with the development stage of an enterprise and in line with the internal culture and current situation of the enterprise.This paper takes the performance appraisal system of middle managers of LN airport group as the research object,and analyzes some problems existing in its human resource management and performance appraisal work,such as imperfect indicator system,unclear assessment standard and imperfect performance management process.By tracing the root cause of the problem,the existing performance appraisal system of LN airport group is improved and perfected in a targeted manner,so that it can meet the development needs of the enterprise and achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise.This paper studies how to improve and perfect the performance appraisal system to enhance the internal competitive advantage of enterprises,and provides useful reference for the industry with certain reference value...
