Human resources play an important role in the reform process of transportation enterprises.As the primary resource of enterprises,human resources play a huge role in promoting the integration of other resources such as material resources and financial resources of enterprises.Middle-level managers of high-speed enterprises bear the burden of carrying on the burden of work in the period of enterprise change,and the matching of middle-level managers will directly affect the effect of enterprise transformation and restructuring.At present,the overall quality of middle-level managers in high-speed enterprises has not yet met the requirements of the market economy,and in order to successfully achieve the reform goals of enterprises,it is necessary to pay more attention to the matching of middle-level managers.The thesis uses the literature method,investigation research method and empirical research method to study the job matching problem of middle-level managers of XF highspeed enterprises under the background of enterprise transformation and restructuring,and combines the actual situation of middle-level managers of XF high-speed enterprises to establish a job competency model,personnel classification system and job matching model of middle-level managers of high-speed enterprises on the basis of detailed analysis of middle-level management positions and personnel of enterprises.Firstly,on the basis of the basic theory of competency,the positions of XF highspeed enterprise managers are analyzed in detail,the core elements and skills and knowledge elements of different positions of middle-level managers of enterprises are discussed,and the competency model of XF high-speed middle-level managers is established.Secondly,on the basis of completing the definition of middle management positions in XF high-speed enterprises,the middle-level managers are analyzed,and the combination empowerment method is used to classify the middle-level managers in different positions in detail,and the XF high-speed middle-level manager personnel classification system is constructed.Then,on the basis of completing the XF high-speed job competency and personnel classification,the spatial distance and correlation theory knowledge are used to establish a job matching model to achieve the matching of knowledge,knowledge and efficiency.Finally,the guarantee measures for the matching of XF high-speed middle managers are proposed.The optimization of the job matching of middle managers in XF high-speed enterprises is a systematic project,which requires the integration of various functions of human resource management to carry out corresponding development,career planning and post adjustment for middle managers,improve the execution of enterprises,and achieve the strategic goal of transforming high-speed enterprises into enterprises.
