In recent years,the automobile market’s competition has intensified,and it has turned into a stock market with the continuous reduction of incremental space,and the products have been continuously upgraded,from traditional fuel vehicles to new energy vehicles rapidly,and further intelligent and lightweight.Therefore,automobile parts companies are facing more strong competition and urgent pressure for product upgrading.Adhering to the corporate vision of "best chassis",Changqing company is committed to growing into a benchmark enterprise in automobile parts manufacturing area,and strive to further consolidate its positioning as a high-quality core supplier.In order to achieve the strategic objectives,Changqing company must build a middle management team with excellent ability,so as to undertake the company’s strategy and development objectives,formulate tactics and implement them.For middle managers,formulating and implementing effective training and learning and improve their comprehensive ability is an important thing that Changqing company must pay attention to and solve at present.There are many problems found in the training and learning of middle managers in Changqing company after research,which leads to the poor effect of training management and the ineffective improvement of employees’ ability and quality.The current training management can neither promote the middle managers’ personal ability growth and their career development,nor support the realization of the company’s strategy and business objectives.Based on the competency theory,adult learning theory,Goldstein three-level model,CIPP evaluation model and Kirkpatrick Model,this article analyzes and studies the existing problems in the training management of middle managers in Changqing company by using documentary research method and interviewing method.After exploring the reasons,this article tries to put forward new solutions with strong matching.The new training program has been improved and optimized in terms of training process and guarantee measures.With regard to the training process of this paper,firstly,based on the environment and strategy,competency model and work tasks,employee performance and personalized needs,makes a multi-level comprehensive analysis and combing to obtain the training goals and needs of middle managers.In light of the training goals and needs,combined with internal and external training resources,formulate various training course implementation plans;In order to ensure the effective implementation of the training plan,should do a good job in preparation and resource allocation;Finally,the CIPP evaluation model is combined with the Kirkpatrick Model to formulate a multi-level evaluation management covering the whole process of training.Moreover,for the sake of effective implementation of the training program and achieve the expected results,safeguard measures are formulated from three aspects of organization,policies and culture at the end of the paper,hope to improve the feasibility and effectiveness of the program.This article analyzes and studies the training management scheme of middle managers in Changqing company,and improves the design according to its existing problems,hope to effectively solve the existing problems,improve the effectiveness of training management,and then promote the middle managers’ ability,ensure the realization of the company’s strategic objectives and win the market competition.Meanwhile,it is also hoped that the training improvement plan for middle managers described in this article can provide useful lessons and references for other companies in the auto parts industry.
