Study On Risk Management And Evaluation Of Safety Production In Engineering Projects

In the city infrastructure construction change rapidly today,power supply,heating project is a key project in the protection of people's livelihood,is highly valued by the government and the people,and in the China North heating network project is a winter heating livelihood event,it has been widespread concern in the engineering construction.In the process of construction of such projects,the construction process will be influenced by external uncertainties,and the safety of project workers is difficult to effectively protect.This thesis is based on this reality,in-depth research and analysis for the heating network construction site safety management,combined with expert opinion formation index system analysis method to establish the evaluation model by using AHP,evaluation and analysis of the case project,and draws the conclusion and suggestion,hope to have certain reference significance for other construction projects in the same industry.According to the relevant requirements of the project construction site safety management,local analysis and systematic consideration of the combination of different from health care,management system,site management,security management,security technology management perspective,using AHP method to construct the safety evaluation index system and the model of project,and the army city power plant heating network project has carried on the empirical analysis,a detailed assessment of the safety management of the project,so as to ensure the practicality and feasibility analysis model.Finally,combined with the different requirements of accident suppression and accident prevention,this thesis puts forward specific safety management countermeasures,taking the establishment of personnel safety and safety management system as the core,and carries out in-depth research on the implementation of the system.This thesis stands in the project manager's point of view,discusses the construction site where the accident caused problems from personnel,goods,management and environment point of view,the purpose is to make the production safety management before and after the two engaged in strengthening the management,as far as possible to minimize the risk,at the same time,put forward the corresponding suggestions,provide a reference for the peer.
