Research On Construction Safety Management Of Night-View Lighting Project Of Super High-Rise Building

As our nation’s economy continues to develop rapidly,the whole construction industry is on the road of rapid development,which represents the highest level of super high-rise buildings are emerging all over the country.Nightview lighting better reflects the threedimensional sense and architectural image of buildings at night,especially the nightview lighting of super high-rise buildings has formed a unique night scenery line of modern city.As the height of super high-rise buildings continues to climb,the construction safety risk factors in the process of construction continue to increase,increasing the difficulty of safety management.Nightview lighting project not only has the characteristics of super high-rise building construction such as large workload,complex system,many cross operations and long construction period,but also has the characteristics of carrying out ultra-high altitude outdoor operation construction for a long time.Therefore,super high-rise building nightview lighting project construction safety management is particularly important.A number of academics at home and abroad have carried out some safety management work in the construction of existing super high-rise building projects,and put forward several effective safety management evaluation methods,but at present,there is little research on the safety management of super high-rise building nightview lighting project.It is very necessary to conduct in-depth research on the construction safety management of nightview lighting project of super high-rise buildings.This paper,through the research and analysis of the existing literature,sorts through the existing research on the management of construction safety in high rise buildings.Based on the field investigation of nightview lighting construction site,this paper analyzes some construction safety management problems existing in the nightview lighting project of super high-rise buildings from the perspective of nightview lighting project.Through the study of safety management theory and the study of safety management of super high-rise building construction,the safety risk assessment system of super high-rise nightview lighting project is constructed.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.First,the construction safety management concept and theory of nightview lighting in high rise buildings is investigated.,select the object to be studied in this paper;By studying the construction safety management characteristics of nightview lighting project of super high-rise buildings,the risk factors of safety management are screened.Secondly,according to the research,the safety evaluation index system of the construction safety management of the nightview lighting project of super high-rise building is developed.According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process,the construction safety risk management evaluation model is established.Finally,taking project of CITIC Tower as an example,the construction safety management risk assessment is carried out.Based on the analysis of the construction safety management risk evaluation results,the feasible countermeasures are put forward.The empirical analysis verifies the science and validity of the safety evaluation model of super high-rise building nightview lighting project.
