| Staff training is one of the important contents of human resource management,which plays an important role in the development and growth of an enterprise.In recent years,enterprises pay more and more attention to the staff training,hoping to create more economic benefits for employees through training.Therefore,the investment in staff training is increased.However,it is uncertain how much actual benefits can be brought to the department through training.Therefore,it is important to construct an appropriate evaluation system of employee training effectiveness significance.This paper takes XF Cement Co.,Ltd.as the research object,mainly studies the effectiveness of staff training in quality control department(including central laboratory,No.1 cement laboratory and No.2 cement laboratory).XF Cement Co.,Ltd.is an enterprise that produces and sells clinker,cement and other products.The quality control department is responsible for the quality inspection of all materials and products.It is a crucial production department in the enterprise.In recent years,enterprises have invested a lot in the staff training of quality control department,but the benefits are not obvious.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a reasonable training effectiveness evaluation system for the department.In this paper.Combined with the actual situation of the department,we investigated the current training situation of the staff of quality control department firstly,and analyzed the existing problems and influencing factors,and made it clear that it is necessary to build the training effectiveness evaluation system.On this basis,Research and design the evaluation system of the effectiveness of staff training in quality control department of the company.Then based on the Kirkpatrick evaluation model system,this paper expounds from four levels,the effectiveness of staff training in quality control department of XF Cement Co.,Ltd.was evaluated by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward the relevant measures to improve the effectiveness of training.This study provides a reference for XF cement company to improve the effectiveness of training,and lays a foundation for the practice of similar industries in this field. |
