In 2022,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China announced at the press conference on the theme of "supporting the innovation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises and cultivating more specialized and special new enterprises" : By the end of 2021,the number of existing enterprises in China reached 48.42 million,of which the number of small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for more than 99%,contributing60% of China’s GDP,50% of tax revenue and 80% of urban employment.Small and medium-sized private enterprises refer to enterprises other than wholly state-owned enterprises that do not have state-owned capital,are established in accordance with the law within the territory of the People’s Republic of China,and have relatively small personnel and operating scale,except for wholly state-owned enterprises and state-controlled enterprises.Small and medium-sized private enterprises are the most dynamic part of China’s economic system,with a large number,complex categories,diverse forms,and can quickly put into production and operation according to social needs,and can respond quickly according to market changes,with the advantages of less investment and quick results,occupying a pivotal position in the entire national economic pattern.However,due to the small scale of small and medium-sized private enterprises,weak technology research and development capabilities,low risk-taking ability,poor self-innovation awareness and other shortcomings,coupled with the loss of talents,insufficient human capital and other problems,it has always been the main reason for the short life of small and medium-sized private enterprises.The main reason for the above problems is that small and medium-sized enterprises have insufficient human resource management,lack of sufficient attention to human resource management,and human resource development has also become a problem that restricts the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is particularly urgent and important to study the human resource management of small and medium-sized private enterprises.As an important link in human resource management,employee training can efficiently and specifically enhance employee skills,tap employee potential,improve employee innovation ability,and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes H iron processing plant as the research object,takes the employee training problems in the development process of the enterprise as the starting point,combines the research results of domestic and foreign researchers,and quantifies the frequency of training,teaching evaluation,lecturer situation,after-class effect and other factors through the literature method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,and deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the employee training system of the processing plant and analyzes the reasons.Combined with the knowledge learned,comprehensively discuss how to resolve the contradictions in the training process of employees of H wrought iron processing plant,optimize the existing employee training system,do a good job in the construction of the career planning system of the enterprise and the employees themselves,and realize the benign spiral dynamic development of the employees through practical learning and practice and re-learning,so as to better serve the enterprise and create greater value for social and economic development.
