In today’s increasingly mature era of science and technology development,enterprise employees have gradually become a strategic resource.In the process of business development,employees can create benefits for the enterprise and play an extremely important role.In the enterprise human resource management,employee training is an important part.Through staff training activities,enterprises can not only improve their professional skills,but also tap their work potential.However,at present,many enterprises often spend a lot of money in the training process,but receive little effect.The main reason is that there are many problems in the training system,which cannot provide good services and support for the training of enterprises.Therefore,how to improve the quality of the training system through effective means and measures has become the focus of attention of each company.Based on the comprehensive research at home and abroad on the status quo of M company employee training system,analyzes the existing problems and optimization strategy,help further understanding of M company employee training system of operating mechanism,enrich and perfect the research theory and methods,to promote the M company employee training system optimization to provide countermeasures and Suggestions.Firstly,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the concepts and theories related to staff training and staff training system,this paper analyzes the current situation and significance of staff training.Secondly,it reveals the types,processes,resources and objects of the employee training system of M company.Based on the status of the employee training system of M company,it finds out many problems through questionnaire and interview.Thirdly,from the four aspects of training needs,training methods,training courses and training evaluation,the optimization strategy of employee training system of M company is proposed.The following conclusions are drawn after the research :(1)there are some problems in the employee training system of M company,such as low employee satisfaction,lack of correct understanding of training activities,lack of a sound training system,insufficient training management,poor applicability of training methods and contents,and low overall quality of training resources.(2)in order to truly realize the optimization of employee training system of M company,based on the principle of improving employee work efficiency and the practical principle of training content,this paper carries out optimization design from four aspects: the first aspect is training demand analysis;The second aspect is the training mode;The third aspect is training courses;The fourth aspect is training evaluation.Based on the research results of this paper,the existing problems in the training system of M company are found,and then the common problems in the training system of Chinese enterprises are reflected and summarized.At the same time,based on the existingproblems and actual needs of the employee training system of M company,this paper proposes Suggestions for optimization and improvement,which also provides a reference for the optimization design of the employee training system of other enterprises.
