2019 is the 70 years anniversary of new China establishment and it's the key year establishment of whole well-to-do society,within this year,the internal and external environment issue of the China economical development is much more complicated.Meanwhile the global economic condition changeover,from last year's recover turned to deceleration.Therefore,the enterprise continuously explore the business and sale channel meanwhile enhance the internal management.Supply chain is the essential part of enterprise management,meanwhile supplier determines the price and quality of the products,and then influenced the core competition of the company.To cultivate the premium supplier,improve the supplier's KPI performances,thus to enable the enterprise to get the proper sources and well manage the supplier and then get the better supply resources for the company is the major work of supplier management.A is a global international company,which is also the forerunner and leader of the Alumina industry,with 100 years of history.This article will discuss the importance of supplier management through analyses of the current station of supplier management.This article will adopt the related theory and method of supply chain management and supplier management and combine the current problem and station of supplier management of A company,analyze the relevant factor that will influence the supplier management,inspect the reason of the supplier management issues.Firstly,due to the incomplete of the supplier selection system,there will some possibility of improper of supplier selection;Secondly,due to lack of supplier classification and performance management might cause the improper of purchase strategy;Thirdly,the improper management of site inventory caused the instability of the lead time,thus caused the high inventory and capital occupation.According to the questions and according to the real station of A company,find out the efficient supplier management proposal and draw the conclusion,bring out the supplier management improvement proposal.Which aim to improve the suppliers performance,optimize the inventory management and accelerate the capital turnover,thus to improve the core competition of the company.The innovation of this article was reflected as bellow.Through building of the supplier management system,sort out and optimize the process of supplier selection,supplier relationship and supplier performance management,and make A company more perfect in supplier system.Secondly,application of AHP method enable the supplier selection more scientific and reasonable.Finally,through the analysis and improvement of internal and external resource demand,improve the accuracy of demand forecasting,and reduce the capital occupation and inventory cost for A company.
