Research On The Improvement Of Purchasing Management Of M Company Under ERP Environment

Purchasing management is the core business of manufacturing enterprises,and it is also a key link for enterprises to reduce production costs and integrate resources.With the change of enterprise management mode,traditional procurement which is managed by enterprises are far from meeting market requirements.Domestic enterprises have realized the importance of changing procurement models in procurement management reform,which can reduce operating costs and promote market competitiveness.The appearance of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning),which integrates customers,marketing,sales,procurement,planning,production,finance,quality,service,information,etc.with network and information technology as a platform to enhance procurement management,to improve the advantages of efficient decision-making and information support in the process,so the improvement of the enterprise development ERP environment and the procurement management mode under the ERP environment are in extremely urgent.This paper takes M company as example,and combines the theoretical application with the actual cases to explore the improving process from traditional procurement management to procurement management based on ERP system.This paper firstly investigates the basic situation and management status of M company finds out the problems in M company procurement management: low procurement regulation and quotation system,lack of systematic management of procurement information,cumbersome procurement process,and unscientific supplier evaluation management system.And then,this paper proposes the M company procurement management improvement program in ERP environment,the procurement management improvement goal,procurement management process improvement design and procurement management system function design in ERP environment.Afterwards,this paper establishes the procurement management module system diagram,supplier model and realizes procurement inventory management model optimization.Finally,the paper analyzes the safeguard suggestions and expected effects of procurement management improvement implementation,and proposes the guarantee implementation of procurement management improvement from four aspects: platform security,capital security,internal security and external security.
