Research On Supplier Management Improvement Of CPY Chemical Group

In recent years,coating enterprises have faced their new inflection point as mergers and acquisitions are popularized and reshuffle is intensified,with the national environmental protection policy more high-pressured and supply side reform more in-depth.Improving the competitiveness of enterprises has become the top priority for rapid development because of the frequently fluctuating material price,the increasing environmental protection investment and the growing cost,while price-cutting has not achieved simply the continuing decline of cost and growth of profit.The most direct way of comprehensive control on material cost is the standardized management on suppliers that is scientific,reasonable,comprehensive and detailed on the hand of the supply chain.In this thesis,CPY chemical group,where the author has worked for ten years,is taken as the research object.At present,when the organizational structure of the group is changing and the procurement mode is changing from decentralized procurement to centralized procurement,it is the best time to optimize the supply chain.This thesis firstly expounds the background and significance of the topic research,collects and organizes related research theories and methods of supplier management,and then lists the development situation of supplier management theories at home and abroad,analyzes the existing supplier management system of CPY chemical group by making full use of existing theoretical basis and technical methods,and summarizes existing problems of the supplier management to analyze the root of problems,in order to determine the improvement direction.The existing problems of supplier management system of CPY chemical group are concluded through the communication meeting of related departments of purchasing,technology,warehouse and quality control and brainstorming of experts.Then,the overall and scientific improvement scheme of supplier management system is set up by constructing the evaluation index system of supplier selection in accordance with the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),managing suppliers in a classified way and achieving strategic procurement according to the ABC classification and karaj matrix model,and establishing the supplier evaluation assessment index system based on quality function deployment(QFD).And the effectiveness of the improvement scheme of supplier management system is predicted in terms of cost control,quality control,technology innovation and service improvement,as well as the safeguard measures.It is hoped that the competitiveness of CPY chemical group in the coating industry can be improved and a good reputation can be established through the research in this paper,and reference and inspiration on supplier management can be provided for other enterprises of similar size in the coating industry.
