Decision-making,referring to the strategy or method of decision,is a complex thinking process.In practice,due to many factors,decision-making becomes more complex.First of all,things change dynamically,and traditional collections can only solve static problems.Secondly,the decision-making process has certain uncertainty.Finally,the cost of the decision-making must be taken into account.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to establish a new decision-making model to solve the uncertainty and dynamic problems and achieve the lowest cost decision-making.Three-way decision is an effective method to deal with the uncertainty and fuzziness in the decision-making process,but it can not accurately reflect the process of quantitative and qualitative changes of attributes.In order to solve this problem,a new decision-making model is established by introducing extension set and combining it with three-way decision.The main contributions are as follows:1.Aiming at the construction and interpretation of three domains in three-way decision,the basic method of extension evaluation is integrated with the decision-making idea of "rule by three divisions",the construction principle and numerical characteristics of correlation function are analyzed,the extension correlation ratio with more decisionmaking guiding significance is defined,and the extension three-way decision model is established based on the extension correlation ratio.2.Aiming at the problem of dynamic and detailed decision domain in decision evaluation,the extension three-way decision model is extended,and five domains of extension set are divided by the changes of three domains in three decisions,which provides a method for the construction of extension domain,forms a dynamic decision model and refines decisions.3.Aiming at the problem of analyzing the influence of the current optimal granularity selection algorithm on the dynamic change of decision domain,the extension set method is introduced,and the optimal granularity selection model based on the minimum change cost of extension domain is proposed by combining the three-way decision ideas.Considering the static and dynamic characteristics,a new optimal granularity selection method is proposed.Because of the uncertainty and dynamic problem of decision-making,the extension three-way decision model is established by combining three-way decision with extension set,and the cost of decision-making is considered.Based on the existing granularity selection,the dynamic characteristics of decision-making domain are considered,and the optimal granularity selection model is established based on the minimum change cost of extension domain.The above model is applied to the evaluation of water resources carrying capacity to provide reasonable suggestions for the optimization of water resources indicators.Figure 12;Table 12;Reference 61...
