Forest is an important strategic resource in our country.It is not only related to local economic development,but also related to major issues such as the harmonious coexistence of society and nature.The construction of forest resource supervision system is an important measure for the effective protection and scientific management of forest resources,and it is an important means to promote the development of our country's forestry economy and the construction of ecological civilization.At present,although the informatization construction of our country's forest resources supervision system has achieved certain results,there are still shortcomings in the innovation of forest resources monitoring methods and system informatization management.With the development of unmanned aerial vehicle technology,WebGIS and other information technologies,how to strengthen effective supervision of forest resources and improve the informatization level of forest resources supervision has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently.This paper integrates WebGIS technology,live video on-demand technology,spatial analysis technology and spatial database technology to construct a forest resource supervision system based on WebGIS.Taking the six forest farms under the Ergun Forestry Bureau as the research area,drone inspection and forest guard patrol as two important means of forest resource monitoring,we combine geographic basic data,forestry thematic data and monitoring data to establish a comprehensive command and management center.The main research contents of the thesis include:(1)According to the business needs and industry standards of forestry management departments,the overall design of the forest resources supervision system is constructed,and the functions of each module of the system are designed in detail.At the same time,the related technologies involved in the system construction are researched,and the system adopts SSM(Spring + SpringMVC+Mybatis)development framework and Postgresql spatial database.(2)Before system development,build the server environment,process data in the research area,and publish services.At the first,set up Tomcat server,ArcGIS Server and streaming media server,test and verify the construction of each server to ensure that the construction is successful.Secondly,preprocess the vector and raster data of the study area,the unified geographic coordinate system is WGS84,and the projected coordinate system is Web Mercator.Finally release the GIS service used by the system to prepare for the subsequent system development work.(3)This article uses the RTMP push streaming method and cooperates with the Nginx streaming media server to realize the drone inspection video live broadcast and review functions.In addition,the inspection video is synchronized with the location information of the drone,which can accurately inspect designated forest areas or fire areas that cannot be approached by people;The Web-side ranger patrol monitoring and patrol incident reporting management functions are realized by using Layui and spatial database technology.Forestry managers can view the current position and patrol track information of the rangers online on the two-dimensional map,and can view and respond to the patrol incidents reported by the rangers;Using ArcGIS Server+ArcGIS for JavaScript for secondary development,we have realized buffer analysis,nearest facility analysis,shortest path analysis,multi-point visibility analysis,field of view analysis,isolation zone analysis,small class comparison analysis and other intelligent analysis functions in the three-dimensional scene of the forest area.The construction and implementation of this system can improve the efficiency and level of forest resource supervision,provide decision-making support for the command and management of forestry departments,and promote the development of forest resource supervision information.
