The three types of forest resource surveys are the work carried out by forestry grassroots units to meet the needs of harvesting design,tending design or afforestation design.China has achieved corresponding results in the information construction of forest resource three types of survey systems,but in the grassroots survey units,data survey and acquisition methods are still relatively backward.Existing systems still have many problems and deficiencies in the unified management of graphics and attributes.For example,graphics and attributes cannot be combined and analyzed.At the same time,the data reporting process of the three types of surveys is cumbersome,and a single declaration requires a lot of manpower and material resources.With the rapid development of today's big data and artificial intelligence,strengthening the real-time and effective management of forest resource information,establishing a good networked three types of survey system,improving the efficiency of the three types of surveys,has become the current level of forestry management The problem that people need to solve.Based on the analysis of the main business processes of the three types of surveys,this paper designs and implements the three types of survey systems for forest resource based on the survey of forest resource and the review and approval of survey data.Field investigators can quickly deploy sample plots using mobile tablet devices,and can enable simple and fast entry of field survey data and automatic calculation of relevant factors.The auditing and approving personnel of the survey data can view the surveyed survey data online,and carry out the audit and approval work and the output of related reports and thematic maps.This paper studies and analyzes the overall structure,functional modules and database design of the system by refining the main needs of the three types of forest resource survey.The system design combines WebGIS and mobile GIS technology,and uses the Oracle database to carry the ArcSDE spatial database engine to realize the unified management of three types of survey spatial data and attribute data,and utilizes the online map service published by ArcGIS Server to enable the client to pass the ArcGIS API for JavaScript technology enables online browsing,querying,editing,analysis,and statistics of three types of survey data.This research has realized the online integrated management of three types of survey data from mobile to web,from the reporting department to the auditing and approving department,solved the practical problems encountered in the three types of investigation work,and greatly improves the work efficiency of the three types of forest resource survey.
