Platform used Oracle to store data,Database engine was ARCSDE, ARCGIS Server was used to publish spatial data, ASP.NET, C#,and JavaScript were used to develop a system of client and server-side program. In the platform,we can do the land transaction monitoring and Land development. Land use regulation ofsupervision and some other auxiliary functions. For example, browsing and querying, data editing,data red line analysis, comparison of the data, and so on. “One Map” is very important to consolidated supervision of land resources and also provedthe feasibility and correctness of this system design program.
