As an integral part of human life,land is natural complex and social complex which change constantly over time.In this new stage of industrialization and rapid progress,rapid economic development makes nervous between land supply and demand,leads to increasing scarcity of land resources and prominent contradiction between human and land,so the exploitation and utilization of reserved land sources demands immediate attention.The rational exploitation and utilization of low-slope hilly would be an effective method to relieve contradiction between land and people,realize the optimal allocation of land resources,and balance requisition with compensation of arable land.This thesis takes "the provincial geological prospecting special project in anhui province" as the research background,takes Jinzhai county and Susong county in Dabie mountain area of poverty alleviation as major research subjects,builds attribute database and spatial database using the latest results of the secondary survey and remote sensing data in TM/ETM+(Dabie mountain area of poverty alleviation in Anhui province)and SPOT5(Jinzhai county?Susong county)as data sources;Based on GIS applications in land exploitation and utilization,making reference to the industry background,the work of system Frame Design is accomplished;In accordance with the established database of hilly slope,combined with the actual demands of the project,developing of various functional modules,the exploitation of management system about low-slope hilly in Dabie mountain area of poverty alleviation is achieved.The main work of this thesis is shown as follow:(1)The study background and significance of low-slope hilly management system exploitation are expounded,the development history and current status about this study at home and abroad are summarized.This thesis proposes the main contents,confirm the research methods and technical route.(2)Discussions on key technologies: mainly including ArcGIS software system ?WebGIS ? GIS secondary development mode ? the secondary development core components of ArcGIS Engine?spatial database engine ArcSDE,software development platform of.NET and database Technology.(3)Overall design for management system.Based software engineering life cycle processes,the management system design mainly focus on three parts: demand analysis?overall design and database design.The realization of demand analysis needs to think over from three levels,there are: business level?function level and non-function level;Overall design contains general system framework and division of functional modules;Databasedesign mainly concentrates in two aspects of spatial database and attribute database.(4)Management system realization.This thesis adopts MVC there layer mode to exploit the management system by adopting B/S mode as development mode,using Visual Studio2010 as development tool and utilizing C# as development language.The system can be used to map browsing ? status querying of the low-slope hilly ? classification browsing of database?landscape pattern analysis and evaluation of land use pattern,etc.
