The Research And Design On Information System Of Temporal Forest Resources Management Based On Open Source Webgis

The 13th Five-Year Plan for forestry information,clearly put forward the use of cloud computing,networking,mobile Internet,big data and other new generation of information technology to promote the integration of information technology and forestry,establish a long-term mechanism for the development of wisdom and form a new pattern of forestry development with high efficiency and high quality.WebGIS makes full use of the characteristics of Internet real-time interactivity,time domain and low cost.It can improve and expand the traditional stand-alone GIS system and provide fast and accurate analysis,statistical functions,obtain the actual situation and dynamic changes of forest resources in time,so as to improve the efficiency of forestry management.Based on open source WebGIS Technology and the forest resource data of Jindong Forest Farm in Hunan Province,This paper use open source WebGIS platform and Java,JavaScript and database technology,developed the spatial-temporal forest resource management system of Jindong Forest Farm.The main contents are as follows:(1)The paper introduces the Web Service,OGC specifications,and GIS interoperability technologies,analyzes the main implementations of open source WebGIS,expoundes interface network map services WMS based on the data interoperability,network elements services WFS and network coverage services WCS,GML language and other related standard specification(2)The paper analyzes the principle of spatio-temporal data model,combining with the characteristics of forest resources data,based on the forest resource data of Jindong Forest Farm in 2011,2012,2013,establishes spatio-temporal database based on the ground state correction model.(3)The paper designs the open source WebGIS system framework based on PostgreSQL\PostGIS(database),GeoServer(server),GeoTools(server side,plug-in)and OpenLayers(client).And on the basis of temporal database,the paper establishes the forest resource management system of Jindong Forest Farm in Hunan Province under B/S module.The main contents of the system include basic map tour,management of forest resources data,thematic mapping,historical backtracking,query statistics analysis,logging design,and so on.
