Since the reform and opening up,agriculture,as the basic industry of China's national economy, has made great achievements in development. However,China's agricultural "increasing production" can not be separated from the excessive use of pesticides, agricultural films, fertilizers and other materials for a long time, resulting in a large number of agricultural pollution; In addition, the treatment technology of agricultural solid wastes such as livestock manure and crop straw is not high, and the residues enter the soil and water through surface runoff and leakage, and even spread to the atmosphere, causing serious environmental pollution, which makes the agricultural ecosystem in the Yellow River Basin very fragile. Therefore,it is necessary to take environmental factors into account, calculate and analyze agricultural green total factor productivityand its influencing factors, and then find a new path for agricultural green development, providing decision-making basis for ecological protection and high-quality agricultural development in the Yellow River Basin.Firstly,by consulting a large number of documents and policy documents, this paper determines the topic of the paper, clarifies the significance and necessity of the research, and clearly defines the related concepts such as green total factor productivity and agricultural total factor productivity, and summarizes the relevant theories;Secondly, the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on this issue is combed, and the possible innovations of this paper are found out.Thirdly, the current situation of agricultural development and the utilization of production factors in the Yellow River Basin are described statistically, and four categories of indicators are selected to calculate and analyze the agricultural non-point source pollution in the Yellow River Basin. Then, taking the measurement results of agricultural non-point source pollution as unexpected output, selecting expected output and five kinds of input indicators again, using SBM-GML index to measure and decompose GTFP in the Yellow River Basin, and analyzing the change trend and development difference of agricultural green production efficiency in the Yellow River Basin from two aspects of time and region; Finally, the mixed Tobit regression model is used to analyze the influencing factors of GTFP in the Yellow River Basin from five aspects: agricultural economic development, agricultural industrial structure, agricultural fiscal expenditure, urbanization process and agricultural technology level. The results show that:(1)Achievements in agricultural development. The Yellow River Basin and its upper, middle and lower reaches maintained steady growth from2015 to 2019,but the proportion of planting industry declined to varying degrees. From the perspective of the utilization efficiency of agricultural production factors, the utilization efficiency of resources in the Yellow River Basin is gradually increasing;(2)Agricultural non-point source pollution. From 2015 to 2019,the total amount of agricultural non-point source pollution in the Yellow River Basin is in a downward trend.Among them, agricultural non-point source pollution emissions in the upper reaches of the Yellow River are always lower than those in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, but the gap is gradually narrowing.(3)GTFP.According to the calculation results,it is found that the realization of GTFP in the Yellow River Basin has increased or decreased, but the main growth depends on technical progress. In most cases, technical efficiency hinders the improvement of agricultural green production efficiency, and the two-way driving of technical progress and technical efficiency is generally less.Geographically,GTFP efficiency is higher in the middle reaches of the Yellow River, followed by the lower reaches of the Yellow River, and lower in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.(4)The influencing factors of GTFP.The level of economic development has a positive impact on GTFP in the Yellow River Basin and its upper, middle and lower reaches. The change of agricultural industrial structure has a positive impact on the Yellow River Basin and its upper and middle reaches, and a negative impact on the lower reaches of the Yellow River.Agricultural financial expenditure has a positive impact on the Yellow River Basin and its middle and lower reaches, but has no significant impact on the upper reaches of the Yellow River. The urbanization process has a positive effect on GTFP in the Yellow River Basin, but has no significant effect on the upper reaches of the Yellow River, and has a positive effect on the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, but the pulling coefficient is small; The level of agricultural technology has a positive impact on GTFP in the Yellow River Basin and the upper and lower reaches of the Yellow River, but has no significant impact on the middle reaches of the Yellow River.Based on the above research conclusions, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions: from the perspective of the whole Yellow River basin,on the one hand,it is necessary to change the mode of agricultural development and realize the coordination and unity of agricultural development and ecological protection; On the other hand, the government should introduce relevant financial policies to support agriculture to promote agricultural technological progress and innovation. From a regional perspective,we should adapt to local conditions and find a path suitable for local agricultural green development.
