The Yangtze River Economic Belt is an important part of China's macro strategy. The Yangtze River Economic Zone has the areas of Dongting Lake Plain,Jianghan Plain,Poyang Lake Plain, and the Yangtze River Delta plain, which are suitable for the production and development of crops. It is a major agricultural production area in China. However,in recent years, the phenomenon of economic development at the expense of environmental resources has prevailed. In order to increase the output of crops, farmers often over-invest production materials such as pesticides and chemical fertilizers;in order to increase labor efficiency, the phenomenon of burning straw on-site is also prohibited. However, this form of agricultural growth is "extensive growth",and the Yangtze River Economic Belt needs to actively change from "extensive growth" to "intensive growth" in order to maintain a green and stable development. Therefore,on the basis of previous research,I will model the issue of agricultural economic growth at the expense of the environment, and index the agricultural environmental pollution,so as to explore the increase in TFP in addition to factor input and environmental pollution. The true total factor productivity is called environment total factor productivity of agricultural. The environment total factor productivity of agricultural can not only reflect the transformation efficiency of the input of traditional production factors to output, but also reflect the contribution and effect of factors such as technological progress, technical efficiency improvement, and institutional changes on output growth. Therefore, the analysis of the sources of growth of the environment total factor productivity of agricultural and its influencing factors in the Yangtze River Economic Belt will promote the growth of the environment total factor productivity of agricultural in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, improve the quality and efficiency of the agricultural economic growth in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and has significant impact on the realization the economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. This article takes theories of production theory, environment economics theory and total factor productivity as the basic framework of the study, and combines theoretical analysis with empirical analysis to analyze the source of growth and its influencing factors of the environment TFP of agricultural in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Firstly, the unit survey and assessment method is used to calculate the emissions of agricultural pollution products from the provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Secondly, combines the GML model containing undesired outputs with the directional distance function to establish an agricultural economic growth accounting system, which is used to calculate the environmental total factor productivity of agriculture and its decompositionin the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 1997-2015;then,using the Balanced Panel Data Model of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 1998 to 2015,an empirical study was conducted on the factors affecting the environment total factor productivity growth of agricultural in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The empirical results show that:(1)Chemical oxygen demand, pesticides, and plastic sheeting are the main sources of agricultural non-point source pollution;(2)the environmental TFP growth rate is decreased by 57.53% compared to the traditional TFP growth rate;(3)In the period of environmental TFP decline, technical efficiency is an indispensable force that hinders its decline;in the period of environmental TFP growth, technological progress is the main factor that promotes its growth;(4)The impact coefficient of the Yangtze River Economic Belt on the agricultural environmental total factor productivity index and agricultural technology progress index are all significantly negative;the effect of effective irrigation rates and agricultural tax policies on the total environmental factor productivity index and agricultural technology progress index in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are all positive;the ratio of financial support to agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a significant negative effect on the index of environmental TFP of agriculture, the agricultural technology efficiency index, and the agricultural technology progress index;the degree of agricultural mechanization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a negative significant on technological progress. Therefore,we will continue to increase the ban on straw burning supervision, continue to increase the utilization of agricultural by-products,accelerate agricultural technological innovation and its transformation into agricultural production speed, strengthen the support for the production of biodegradable agricultural film and other enterprises, promote the process of agricultural mechanization, balance the increase in the effective irrigation rate of agriculture implement various preferential agricultural policies, and pay attention to the status of agricultural economy are the realistic ways to increase environmental TFP of agriculture and achieve green agricultural development.
