With the continuous development of Internet technology and the rapid popularization of smart phones,online car-hailing,a new mode of transportation,has also developed rapidly.This paper starts with the analysis of the current situation of the safety regulation of car-hailing in China,and carries out in-depth research and discussion around the problem of solving the safety regulation of car hailing in China.First of all,from the perspective of government management theory,this paper analyzes the necessity of the safety regulation of online car-hailing industry,analyzes the different strategies and modes of the safety regulation of online car-hailing in different countries,and paves the way for the follow-up research.On the basis of theoretical analysis,through the systematic arrangement and review of the existing literature,news and online car-hailing platform financial reports of the online car-hailing platform,the key factors influencing the decision-making of each subject in the online car-hailing safety regulation game are analyzed.Three evolutionary game models of "online car-hailing platform with government","online car-hailing platform with driver" and "online car-hailing platform with passenger" are constructed.Through mathematical calculation,this paper analyzes the evolutionary stability strategy choice of the subject under different conditions,finds the variable value relationship that is conducive to the safety regulation of the online car-hailing platform and the healthy development of the online car-hailing industry,and gives the relevant countermeasures from the perspective of evolutionary game theory.On the basis of evolutionary game analysis,combined with information technology and with the help of netlogo software,three groups of multi-agent-based simulation models for security regulation of online car-hailing platform are established.Through the communication language in the simulation process,the agent game interaction,revenue calculation and strategy update are realized,the dynamic game process of different agents under different parameter values is displayed,and the evolutionary game model of online car-hailing safety regulation is verified.The Agent model is used for simulation and effect evaluation to verify the effectiveness of online car security regulation under different strategies,and to provide verification for the effectiveness of policy recommendations.The simulation results show that different government punishment and reward,different government initial active regulation probability,different online car-hailing platform active regulation extra cost,different online car-hailing service convenience and economy will affect the efficiency of network car Hailing safety regulation.Finally,according to the results of evolutionary game model and computer simulation based on multi-agent,In view of the safety regulation of the online car-hailing platform,the paper puts forward four suggestions: improving the safety management mechanism,improving the driver management system,paying attention to the passenger information feedback and strengthening the government exchange and cooperation;In view of the government's safety regulation,four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which are the rational use of legal means,management means,economic means and the implementation of regulation,so as to provide a reference for the final finding of effective regulation of online car-hailing safety,and to promote the healthy development of online car-hailing industry in China.
