Due to the rapid development of my country's economy, users' travel choices are gradually diversifying and increasing. The introduction of online car-hailing is of great significance to travelers' travel choices. However,as an emerging thing,it is also accompanied by various problems.Car-hailing regulation is not yet mature enough, and how the government should regulate the online car-hailing market has become a hot issue for discussion. This article discusses the strategy of regulating and healthy development of the online car-hailing market from the perspective of the government's market regulation of online car-hailing.The thesis first discusses the introduction of online car-hailing platform supervision, and uses evolutionary game theory to analyze the game situation of government supervision, platform management and driver operation choice behavior after the traffic management department participates in the game of the online car-hailing market.First, analyze the stability of the strategy selection of each party, and then analyze the equilibrium point and stable state of the model replication dynamic system according to the local stability analysis method of the Jacobian matrix, and finally use the Monte Carlo simulation method to verify the analysis. It is concluded that changes in parameters such as government traffic management departments and platform supervision costs, driver operating costs, and negative effects of platform companies' passive management have a greater impact on the final system evolution results.Secondly,it analyzes the market regulation problems after the passenger introduces the game model, establishes a "government-platform-driver-passenger" four-party asymmetric evolutionary game model, and uses a copy of the dynamic phase diagram to demonstrate the gradual trend of the four parties participating in different strategies, and uses The Jacobian matrix's local stability analysis method analyzes and replicates the dynamic differential equation, gives the stability strategy of each participant in different situations, analyzes the decision-making relevance of the four parties, and draws the evolution of the decision-making in the supervision of online car-hailing.It is the result of the game and collaboration between the government and online car-hailing platforms, drivers, and passengers.Passengers participating in the online car-hailing market can change the strategic choices of the government, platforms and drivers, reducing supervision costs and increasing awards and punishments, which will help promote the Internet. The development of the car-hailing operating model. In the real-life online carhailing economy, there is no evolutionary stable state where "the government does not care about the stable development of society".Finally, take the Didi platform company as an example to introduce the development status of Didi and conduct a simulation analysis of Didi's current operating conditions. The simulation results show that when the punishment is higher than a certain threshold or the cost is low to a certain extent, the game can be played.Participants' strategic choices tend to 1.Therefore,the government must strengthen supervision of platforms and drivers, improve rewards and punishments, establish online car-hailing industry associations, establish a flexible random inspection system, and guide passengers to actively participate in the supervision of online car-hailing operations;platform companies should Establish a credit system for drivers, reduce operating costs for drivers, and provide high-quality services to passengers, ultimately realizing the sustained and healthy development of the online car-hailing market.
