With the rapid development of Internet and sharing economy,the hailing car is more popular.It makes people more convenient to go out and relieves the traffic congestion.Whereas,the hailing car shares the market of traditional Taxi,brings new challenges to government regulation and increases safety problems.Harling-car platforms,government and travelers are the direct stakeholders of the hailing-car industry,they pursue the maximization interests,meanwhile,restrict and promote each other,thus introducing the idea of evolutionary game to seek for multi-optimal decision-making.First of all,the article summarizes the storage of the related literature study,from the perspective of the related concept and theories,this paper not only sums up the definition,classification and characteristics of hailing car and evolutionary game theory,but also analysis the applicability of evolutionary game theory and stakeholder on it.Next this paper analysis the present development situation of hailing car,the reasons for the development,current problems and competitive pattern of hailing-car industry.Then it summarizes the demands of each stakeholder and the differences and contradictions between the two demands,so as to provide a practical basis of establishing a model.This paper sets up three models based on evolutionary game theory about the travelers and the harling-car platforms,the travelers and the government,the harling-car platforms and the government,then doing the dynamic evolutionary game analysis.Finally,through the results of the model for the results,the article puts forward the corresponding development suggestions about the government,the hailing car and the travelers.
