An Empirical Study On The Value Of Natural Resources Of Cultural And Tourism Characteristic Towns In Karst Areas

Some provinces,represented by Zhejiang Province,took the lead in proposing the concept of "characteristic town" under the background of the central government's strategic decisions such as targeted poverty alleviation,rural revitalization,and promotion of urbanization.The number of characteristic towns has been increasing in recent years.In the process of rapid development,many problems gradually surfaced,which attracted the attention of governments at all levels.At the end of August 2018,the national development and Reform Commission issued a special notice to clarify the basic conditions for the establishment of characteristic towns,and encourage all localities to explore various types of characteristic towns,so as to prevent it from being difficult to promote due to the same model.By 2020,the management mechanism related to characteristic towns in China will be improved,which will further enhance the synergy of management and guidance of characteristic towns,and play a leading role in the development of characteristic towns.The author of this paper finds that Nanning and Baise in Guangxi and some karst areas in Yunnan and Guizhou in China have unique natural environment,but there are mountains and no water,which can not copy the development path of Guilin and other famous karst tourism cities,and their cultural and tourism value is greatly affected.How to use natural resources to enhance the value of cultural tourism in these areas is an important topic.If we can solve this problem,we can make a replicable planning model by using the natural resources,or planning the natural resources based on the evaluation of natural resources,or planning the route of cultural and tourism characteristic towns in karst areas.First of all,the author has collected a large number of documents related to the characteristic towns,and with the help of these documents,I have a general understanding of the previous studies,and constructed a set of evaluation index system including three levels for the development of cultural and tourism characteristic towns in karst areas.The target layer is to evaluate the value of natural resources of cultural and tourism characteristic towns in karst areas;land resources,water resources,forest resources,biological resources and natural landscape resources are used as the criteria layer;13 evaluation indicators are selected in this paper.Secondly,we should grasp the resource status of cultural tourism characteristic towns in karst areas as a whole,and deeply analyze the characteristics of value evaluation.By establishing the evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model,and calculating the weight by mathematical methods,we can know that the natural resources,natural landscape resources,water resources and land resources are more important for the karst areas The cultural and tourism value of the district cultural and tourism characteristic towns has a great influence.Finally,under the strong support of the evaluation model,it successfully shortens the distance between theory and practice,and takes Yiling characteristic town in Nanning as the research object.During the writing period of the paper,due to the early calculation of the weight value,the town applied the conclusion that water resources have high cultural and tourism value,and built two artificial lakes near the karst mountains.From the evaluation results,this method has a good effect and a higher score of water resources,which has enhanced the overall evaluation of the project.Finally,it proves that the overall cultural and tourism value of the project can be improved by increasing the surface water resources through the engineering method.Under the background of the National Rural Revitalization Strategy,according to the research conclusions and empirical cases of this paper,some tourism projects in karst areas whose natural resources value is not complete can be appropriately added some resources through engineering and other forms according to their own characteristics and strength,so as to enhance the overall cultural and tourism value of the project.
