Bridges are an important part of transportation system,especially urban expressway bridges,which are very important to alleviate urban traffic pressure and ensure normal production and living activities.In recent years,with the increase of urban population and the improvement of people's living standards,more and more private cars have brought tremendous pressure to the city's bridges directly.At the same time,more and more bridges,due to their long service life and the aggravation of damage and aging,lead to the deterioration of bridge safety situation,and bring great hidden dangers to the safety of life and property of the country and people.Bridge safety assessment is a key link to ensure bridge safety problems and find solutions in time.There is a practical problem of aging damage in urban expressway bridges in Kunming,so it is urgent to use scientific and convenient bridge detection and evaluation methods.But in fact,because the traditional bridge evaluation work is mostly based on the subjective experience of the staff,the evaluation results are not scientific and accurate enough.Additionally,the increasing pressure of patrol inspection also makes the relevant staff neglect one thing or the other,and it is more and more unrealistic to rely on the staff of relevant departments to carry out safety assessment.If a third-party testing company is hired for professional evaluation,it will cost a lot of money and can not be carried out regularly,which will lead to many problems that can not be found and solved in time and eventually expand the disease.Based on the above problems,this paper studies and discusses several comprehensive evaluation methods,and chooses the best scheme of Kunming Bridge Safety Assessment,so as to develop the Bridge Safety Assessment System.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The bridge indexes in the three national standards and codes are analyzed and compared,and a scientific evaluation system suitable for Kunming Bridge Safety Assessment is determined.(2)Research on Rank Sum Ratio Method,Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,and the principles and steps of each method are introduced in detail.(3)Combining with the concrete bridge data,the advantages and disadvantages of rank sum ratio method and analytic hierarchy process applied in bridge evaluation system are analyzed,and the analytic hierarchy process is determined as the calculation method of index weight(4)Based on web development technology,Kunming Bridge Safety Assessment System is developed with programming languages HTML5,CSS3,JavaScript,Python and Django framework.
