Analysis And Study On The Seed Flora And Components Of Several Important Wild Fruit Plant Resource In Yangshimu Region

Yangshimu area is located in anfu county of the central jiangxi province.Its geographical position is E114°15'18"-E114°18'32",N27°29'53"-N114°34'19".It is adjacent to wugong mountain scenic spot in the southwest,bordering pingxiang wanlong mountain township in the northwest,yichun mingyue mountain in the northeast,and zhangzhuang township in anfu county in the southeast.During 2018-2019,the author conducted a field survey of different habitats in yangshimu area in different seasons,lasting a total of 37 days.More than 5,000 samples of 2218 herbarium specimens were collected,and 74.9G of image data were obtained.Then,the author spent nearly one year to consult the reference books such as Flora Of China and reference databases such as China digital herbarium(CVH),Plant Photo Bank of China(PPBC)and JSTOR(Global Plant),accurate identification Of Plant specimens and color photos was conducted.And the herbarium specimens are processed by stage paper and digitization,and then placed in the Nanling herbarium(GNNU)for preservation according to relevant standards.According to the results of literature review and specimen identification,the list of seed plants in yangshimu area was obtained according to APG?system on basis of the result of literature and specimens identification results.Finally,according to the analysis method of seed flora by li xiwen,wang hesheng and wu zhengyi,the author analyzed the seed flora in yangshimu area,and the results are as follows:(1)There are abundant species of seed plants in yangshimu area,and the phenomenon of single-species familis and few-species familis as well as single-species genera and few-species genera is obvious.In this area,there are 1361 species(including subspecies)of 601 genus in 144 families,including 12 species of gymnosperms in 4 families,9 genera,and 1349 species of angiosperms in140 families and 592 genera.There are 720 species of woody plants,accounting for 52.9%of the total species,and 641 species of herbaceous plants,accounting for 47.1%of the total species.The ratio of evergreen trees to deciduous trees is 0.99.Single-species familis and few-species familis contain 110 families,accounting for 76.39%of the total number of families,while single-species genera and few-species genera contain 560 genera,accounting for 93.18%of the total number of genera.(2)The floristic composition of seed plants in yangshimu area is complex,which is dominated by tropical elements and has the character of transition from tropical to temperate elements.The flora contains 10 families of geographic areal types,among which 44 families belong to the Wide spread,63 families belong to the tropical,and 37 families belong to the temperate.The R/T value of the family was 1.70.The flora contains 14 generas of geographic areal types,among which 57generas belong to the Wide spread,277 generas belong to the tropical,261 generas belong to the temperate,6 generas are endemic to China,and the R/T value of the genus is 1.06.(3)The yangshimu area is rich in species of ancient plants and rare and endangered seed plants.The flora contains numerous relict genera whose earliest fossil data date back to the cretaceous period and even earlier.There are 89 species of rare and endangered seed plants in this area,belonging to 42 families and 67 genera,including 44 species of endemic plants in China,3species of national level I protected plants,8 species of national level II protected plants,29 species listed in the atlas of rare and endangered plants in China,62 species listed in the list of key protected wild plants in Jiangxi Province(2005),14 species listed in the list of threatened species of higher plants in China(2017),and 31 species are under priority protection.(4)The flora of seed plants in yangshimu area is closely related to pingjiang mufu mountain,jiangxi cymbals mountain,jiangxi wuyi mountain,jiangxi dayue mountain,hunan bamianshan mountain,fujian wuyi mountain,jiangxi jinggangshan mountain and jiangxi jiulian mountain,and also shows certain connections with the flora of xunwu county in jiangxi province and nanling nature reserve in guangdong province.(5)The nutrition of Pyracantha fortuneana,Rubus alceifolius,Rubus lambertianus,Viburnum fordiae and Pyrus serrulata five kind of important wild fruit tree is rich.Among them,the highest ratio of sugar to acid was Rubus alceifolius(17.183),followed by Viburnum fordiae(14.309),and the highest VC content was found in Rubus alceifolius(138.70mg·(100g)^-1).The total content of mineral elements in the fruit of Pyracantha fortuneana is the highest(288.881 mg·(100g)-1),Fe,Cu,Zn,Ca and Mg are the highest in the fruit of Pyracantha fortuneana,K is the highest(133.745mg·(100g)-1)in the fruit of Rubus alceifolius,P is the highest(54.682 mg·(100g)-1)in the fruit of Rubus lambertianus.It has high development and utilization value.
