Xunwu County is located at the southeastern end of Jiangxi Province and It is located at the intersection of the three provinces including Jiangxi,Fujian and Guangdong. It is part of the Nanling Mountains. In the 1950 s,a large number of tropical flora components were discovered in the area. These findings have attracted the attention of Jiangxi botanists, and Xunwu has also become the "Hainan Island" in the study of flora in Jiangxi.Plant surveys of this area have never stopped for more than 60 years, but these surveys have not been sustained and systematically studied. Therefore, from June 2016 to December 2018,a detailed survey and specimen collection of the seed plants in Xunwu County were carried out, thus 2341 pieces of specimen were collected.A total of more than 10,000 copies of the previous specimens were identified and reviewed, and with reference to a large amount of literature,I compiled a large list of seed plants in Xunwu County. On this basis, the nature and characteristics of the seed flora in the region and the flora relationship of the relevant regions were discussed. This paper uses the system clustering and principal component analysis methods to partition the flora of southwestern Jiangxi. Finally,on the basis of the flora research, based on the detailed species types and distribution characteristics, combined with the development trend of the local fruit tree industry, the characteristics and nutritional value of the wild fruit trees in Xunwu were analyzed, which provided a scientific basis for the subsequent development of the fruit tree industry. The conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)The flora of Xunwu County is rich in composition and the component of the flora is complex. The seed plants in Xunwu County are rich in diversity, with a total of 170 species,757 genera and 2056 species(including seeding grades).Among them, there are 7 families,10 genera and 13 species of gymnosperms;163 families,747 genera and 2043 species of angiosperms.Analysis of the floristic composition of families and genera shows that 170 families can be divided into 10 distribution types and 5 variants.757 genera can be divided into 14 distribution area types and 19 variants.(2)Tropical Asia is rich in ingredients. The distribution of tropical Asia is one of the most abundant components in the region. The distribution type is 88 genera, accounting for 12.7% of the non-world genus, only less to the pantropical distribution. It indicates that the origin of the seed plant flora in Xunwu County is closely related to the ancient tropical flora.(3)The transition phenomenon of flora is obvious, which is mainly found in the southern subtropical zone to the mid-subtropical zone. And it is the intersection of the north and south flora. At the same time,Large difference in altitude within the territory led to a significant over-element in the elevation gradient, which in turn reflected in the horizontal direction.(4)Endemic species are abundant. The unique species of the Nanling Mountains distributed only in the eastern part of the Nanling Mountains are: Camellia edithae,Cyclobalanopsis elevaticostata,Sympcocos fukienensis, and Liquidambar caudata,Liquidambar chingi, etc. These components are also one of the signature components of the Nanling mountain flora..The only species found in Xunwu County are: Gelidocalamus xunwuensis,Camellia trichosperma,Yinshania sinuata subsp.qianwuensis,Cornus ferruginea var.Jiangxiensis,Deinocheilos jiangxiense. These unique species of Xuwu are also one of the important components of the unique species of Nanling Mountain. The existence of these components further illustrates thecomplex and diverse ecological environment of Xunwu County and provides good conditions for species differentiation.(5)Regionalization of flora in south Jiangxi.Through systematic clustering and principal component analysis of the representative species of 128 South China plants flora in 18 counties of south Jiangxi(Ganzhou),the flora of south Jiangxi is divided into three areas: Xunwu County District,Sannan County District,Xunwu-Longnan North District. At the same time,in the Wuzhengyi flora zoning system, the south flora belongs to two regions of the system, namely the Nanling Mountain Region and the East China Region,of which the Xunwu County District belongs to the southern part of the Nanling Mountains in South Asia. The northern part of the tropics is also an important part of the southern subtropical flora.Sannan County District belongs to the North Guangdong region. The northern part of Xunwu-Longnan belongs to the Gannan-Xiangdong hilly area.(6)New record group.During the research,it was found that Xunwu County had 1 branch of Jiangxi New Recording Division,Ixonanthaceae;Jiangxi new records belonged to 4 genera,Brainea,Ixonanthes,Hypserpa, and Cheirostylis;Jiangxi recorded 24 new species(including subspecies),Brainea insignis,Beilschmiedia tsangii,Neolitsea cambodiana var.glabra,Cheirostylis chinensis,Stauntonia trinervia,Hypserpa nitida,Helicia longipetiolata,Laurocerasus aquifolioides,Laurocerasus marginata,Laurocerasus undulata f.pubigera,Lecanthus pileoides,Lecanthus pileoides,Castanopsis hystrix,Microtropis gracilipes,Viola changii,Ixonanthes reticulata,Diospyros eriantha,Ardisia ensifolia,Trachelospermum dunnii,Melodinus suaveolens,Scutellaria subintegra,Scutellaria tenax,Salvia filicifolia,Ilex sterrophylla.(7)Fruit trees are rich in resources and diverse in fruit types. There are 26 families,45 genera and 188 species(including the following species)in the wild fruit trees of Xunwu County. There are 7 types of wild fruit tree types.Among them, the important wild fruit tree resources representative of Vaccinium bracteatum black rice tree is rich in amino acids, containing 17 kinds of amino acids. The total amount of amino acids is geographically variable.
