The Luanheshangyou region is located in the northern Chengde area and northeast Zhangjiakou, the stagger strip of the dam altiplano and the hilly country in the north of Hebei province,which is one of the areas with abundant critter diversity. The Luanheshangyou region is also the cradle of Luanhe with its functions of self-restrainting waterhead and preventing water and earth loosing. This area is the natural barrier to guard the safty of Beijingand Tianjin avioding the wind and sand from Mongolia in the whole north China. Researching on the diversity of this area has important theory and practice significance for the environment protection,economy and social sustainable development of Hebei province and even the whole north China.The study area was the Luanheshangyou region, through collecting relative reference, we made analyse on the distribution and Avifauna of seed plant. The plant Avifauna composition, section and genus, special conditions and vita and ecotype were studied and the partition of vegetation type , main feature, species and uses of res plant and protection of rare and endanger plant were researched to support theory guide for the diversity protection, reasonable use and exploitation, keeping the balance of ecology and improve natural conditions in Chengde area.1,There are wild seed plant is subordinate to 103 families, 490 genus, 1399 species(including subspecies),in which Gymnosperm is subordinate to 3 families,8 genus, 19 species, Angiosperms is subordinate to100 sections,482 genus, 1380 species. The families, genus and spcies of seed plant in the region occupy 73.0%,59.7%and 63.6% respectively of that of Hebei province, which is one of the areas with abundant diversity .Because the dominant families(genus) containing more genus and species,19 dominant families were determined ,which occupy 16.67% in the area and 317genus and 925species were contained,which occupy 66.04% and 68.47%.seperately,genus contained over 10 species occupy 3.9% in this area,which contains 336 species and occupy 24.0% in this area. Superiosity is obviously in this area.2,According to Wuzhengyi's point on China seed plant distribution, we separate 15 distribution types,which shows that the abundance of this area and the complicacy of this Avifauna form and origin.There are 347 temperate genus, which account for 70.82% of the total; 179 Northern Temperate genus that account for 36.53% of the total; Pantropic account for 14.09%, which reflected the obvious typical north Temperate, and also has the character of Pantropic, which is corresponded with the climate in this area.3,There are 47 single families which account for 48.0% of the total sections,and 249 single genus that occupy 50.8% of the total genus in this area,which reflected the complicacy and antiquity of origin.4,There are 16 typical families including 14 temperate families and 2 pantropic ones, 11 typical genus that substitute cosmopolitan genus,8 north temperate genus, 1 temperate genus,1 east Asia and North America disjuncted genus. This appears to reflect distinctive temperate trait of the flora.5,Life form is the result of plant and the habitat adapt to each other,which has close relations with environment and also the reflection of natural conditions in certain areas. The Luanheshangyou region has 258 species wooden plant,which account for 18.44% of the total species,1083 species herbage account for 77.48% of the total species ,which is the super species in ehis area,56 species Liana account for 4.07% ,which shows obvious trait of north temperate.6,The traits of north temperate is obvious in the Luanheshangyou region seed plant, vegetation features significant transition because of the location between Mongolia and the hiiland of northern Hebei province. We choose Maojingba Nature Reserve, Mulan Paddock Nature reserve,and Shandian River Nature Reserve from the east to the west in the Luanheshangyou region to study the character of the vegetation distribution.From the genus types, north temperate genus increases while pantropic decreases from the east to the west. Families (such as Leguminosae,Chenopodiaceae) that be adapted to drought environment replace those families(such as Caryophyllaceae, Scorophulariaceae) be adapted to wetness, which reflect the vegetation transition character between Northern China and Mongolia.From the level ofαdiversity, speceis abundance decreases gradually from the east to the east.βdiversity increases from the east to the west, and theβvalue is larger which reflects species varieties larger, the author believe that might because of the wet air preventation of dama mountains.Isc changes from the east to the west shows the ecology frangibility in the Luanheshangyou region, ecologic corridor building in this area need to be reinforced. More Reserve construction made the species moving easily in this area.7,According the fact of seed plant distribution, ecology environment,populaltion number and resource utility, we adopt the principle of qualitaty and quantity ,and measure off three protection grades. The first grade has 27 species protected vegetation,the second grade has 26 species and the third has 24 species. Base on the research of ecologic character ,distribution, endanger conditions and endanger systerm of rare and endanger plant to support the protect polocy and offer protected proposals.8,The Luanheshangyou region is the most abundant area of resource plant species and numbers in northern Hebei province. This area has variety types and species, which has wide apply foreground, and large nature reserves. There are 847 species resource plant that can be divided into material resource plant and nonmaterial resource. Material resource plant can be divided into 13 species by its utility; nonmaterial resource can be divided into wild flower plant, green manure plant and idioplasm plant.
